** BEWARE DBL-CUPPED MILKSHAKES** Worst Cook Out location in the surrounding Nashville area. I ordered 2 shakes that were wrong - I tried to tall them at the window, where they informed me that "no they were correct" as they were rushing me away. Of course, after tasting them - they were not correct. But it was after midnight when I visited and the only phone number given online, is an 800 number that nobody answers at this time of the evening. So unless you want to get back into a 10+ line of cars, that wraps around the building to get new milkshakes - you're screwed. Also, the cups were barely 3/4 way full and On top of everything else - one of the cups had a hole busted in the side! My family loves Cook Out for a cheap but decent meal. It's not Five Guys or Burger Republic, but you get a pretty good burger, quesadilla, corndog, or whatever with two sides and a drink for $5.99 Before Cook Out came to Murfreesboro, we would drive to Smyrna and grab a bite there if we wanted something quick and inexpensive. But now that they have opened up here in the Boro, it's more convenient. They also have great shakes! Much better than Sonic. Love the bbq sandwiches here and might always love them. They forget to leave out the sauce sometimes but hey the service is still good. Orders are done fast and drinks come out right then and there almost. Price is always good and it's why I always come back. This location specifically has not failed me and continues to give good food. It's way better late at night. Love how the atmosphere is too. Thinking they should revamp their menu board as thought it was a bit busy and confusing. The speaker at this location wasnt working that will either, had to repeat myself a few times. I echo the sentiments others have previously mentioned regarding an overhead awning. My first time going and its a rainy day! Victoria did a great job. The food was fast and the order accurate. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps order a fork for their hotdogs, as the chili and slaw and condiments can make for a challenge to avoid a mess or stain. The parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of, especially if you're trying to turn left. The line had about four cars in it and it took 20 minutes to get to the window. I will say that the woman at the window was very nice, and apologized for the wait. The food was hot and fresh. This location is either hit or miss. Sometimes i come and have to wait forever for a messed up order, and sometimes i get everything i asked for pretty quickly. Not the first time they messed up my order. In fact, they never get it right and it's literally a cheese quesadilla. If you can't get 2 ingredients right you shouldn't be open at all.
