Date night, service was prompt and attentive. Steaks were cooked as ordered and sides were flavorful and fresh. The place was hopping and a bit loud but a happy crowd. Lost a star because my wife's steak had a band of gristle that the dog loved. read more

Though there's never anywhere to park, it's for a good reason. This place is awesome and the food is amazing I took my daughter here for her birthday and even though she was too scared to get on the saddle she had a great time and really enjoyed it. read more

Well where do we start. It's all hype or maybe they're just too busy to cook fresh hot foods. It was crowd which I assume it would. Little to no attention at the bar. Drink flavors all mixed up and noone seems know where are ticket was since one of the bartender clocked out for the night. The food was like warm, steak was over cooked ( it had grill marks but looked microwaved), the ribs were so dry and overdone it was jerky on a bone. Server was nice; still tipped her well since we know she can't control what the kitchen is doing. I think you can get better steak and ribs anywhere else in town. This was just "if I had to" I will go read more

We live Texas Roadhouse. One of my all time favorites. I love the baby back ribs. Have so since this place went into business. Great place to escape the world and have fun' and enjoy a great steak, meal and drinks that keep coming. Love the western flair for sure. If I've ever had bad service I sure don't remember it. These restaurants don't tolerate rudeness to their customers. And I imagine the same applies to their employees. The atmosphere is fun and lots of yeh haws! read more

Every time I come, even though it's busy, there's never been too long of a wait to get a table. The service is excellent and friendly. The food is always delicious. The chili needs to be served a little hotter (temp). Although it was good, I think hotter would've been even better. The herb crusted chicken is by far one of my favorites. And I have not had a side dish yet that I did not enjoy. Keep up the great work. They have a crew chill vibe with a relaxed ambience. There are also numerous TVs so you can peak get your game or favorite favorite sports to glimpse at the scores. read more

Came here for my wife's birthday. Got seated right away and the waiter came soon after to take our drink order. We ordered the Cactus Blossom as a starter and ribeyes as our main course. The Cactus Blossom was very good. We like it better than Outback's version. Both the steaks had good flavor but were cooked more towards the rare side versus the medium rare as requested. Steaks were on the thin side for my liking. Side dishes were good. I'm taking off a couple stars for the thin, undercooked steak and that our waiter was very busy and we had long periods where he wasn't in our section. The restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. read more

Texas Roadhouse - Ribeye* 12oz & Grilled Shrimp - Diners Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Texas Roadhouse has the absolute BEST fresh bread rolls. Honestly they're one of the only reasons we go. This location does have tiny sized rolls compared to the locations I've been to in California and Texas, they're also not as toasty brown as I'm used to but they're good enough. My family has visited twice, both on Friday nights for dinner. Make sure to get there early before they get packed! Service has always been pretty good. Our first visit we had an AMAZING server in the bar area but I forgot her name. Only downside is the last time we went the service as far as food and drinks was a bit slow. We had to wait quite a while for bread rolls to come and my margarita took a long time to arrive. But overall it's a pretty decent experience. I usually get their bacon cheeseburger or pulled pork sandwich. At this specific location I've ordered the cheeseburger. Last night when I went the burger came out pretty dry and slightly burned. But I was hungry so I still ate it. May just have been an off day. I did like the blooming onion we got though! Seasoned very well and the dipping sauce it came with was perfect. Hopefully next time we visit the experience is a little better as far as quicker service and correctly cooked food. Not bad though! It's the only Texas Roadhouse in the area so I don't have much of a choice anyways. read more

Seated promptly even though they were busy. Our waitress came right over to get our order. I got the steak and shrimp combo wife chicken fried chicken. Got rattlesnake bites for an appetizer and they were cooked perfectly. While waiting for our meal, the only thing that kept bothering me was that it was extremely cold. Our food came out, my steak was cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed her chicken fried chicken. It was a little loud at times with the crew dancing but it didn't last long. We enjoyed our meal here. read more

It has been a long time since we ate Texas Roadhouse. Due to surgery recovery, we had to get a to go order instead of dining in. We ordered two prime ribs and sides. First time here and we lived our meal! Our server was fantastic....thank you to Ella!!! Food was hot and very tasty. We worried because the lot was full, place was packed, but had zero wait. Got the ribs and the country fried sirloin. The country fried sirloin is an actual sirloin flattened and so good! Ribs fell off the bone! And let's talk about the rolls they bring out when you sit.....OMG. Everyone was very friendly!! The reason they took a star away was because the bathrooms were a mess, and dining floors needed sweeping......but again, they were quite busy. read more

As our second time ever going here, we went in during Labor Day expecting it to be PACKED for lunch and it was; however, despite it being busy, they had us seated within 8 minutes of waiting which was amazing. Aaliyah, even though she wasn't our server, was especially nice to us and was really fun to be around. She gave us great recommendations and really helped us out. The food was good too and of course you can't go wrong with the rolls. The lunch prices were also pretty average and I think the food was worth the price. I will say, I wish I got the steak instead of the country fried steak but it was still a good meal. Will definitely be coming back again. read more

We often order the steak tip family meal from Texas Roadhouse for pick up. Pick up should be easy, in theory, but the designated pick up parking spaces are filled with patrons that are eating inside. I doubt this can be controlled but the point of pick up is ease of use and circling the building, dodging people parked on curbs or hanging out in groups in the parking lot, is not as easy as one would presume. This restaurant is a mad house 7 days a week. The parking lot is not big enough for the amount of diners they have or the lines of people standing outside in the parking lot, in front of the restaurant or grouped in the middle of the road. The last 2 times we ordered for pick up, we are missing items. Ordering online is easy - if you actually receive what you order. The steak tips come with sour cream but we have never received it. If you order a sweet potato and pay for cinnamon, you are given an empty, brown tinted container that has cinnamon essence in it. The family meal comes with a salad and you choose 2 dressings. It either comes with one or none. The house salad used to come loaded with croutons, hard boiled egg, grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and red onion. We are lucky if we get 1 or 2 toppings but the last visit was just lettuce. For $50.00, one would expect some sort of quality control. The upside: the steak tip meal feeds a family of 4. The steak is always perfectly cooked and comes with onions and mushrooms. All family meals come with their infamous rolls and cinnamon butter. I have listed my missing item complaints in the text survey we receive after pick up but nothing is done about it. It will be a while before we attempt to order take out again. read more

The food was phenomenal we got steak and the the smothered chicken. Everything was delicous and cooked perfectly. For as busy as they are they stay on top of everything our server Jacob was amazing and went above and beyond. Definitely worth the wait! read more

Food was close to the same as the Murfreesboro location however there was enough salt on the shrimp to dehydrate an elephant. The woman bartender who had our side was too busy entertaining fellas on the opposite side. If it wasn't for the other bartender that technically wasn't our server/bartender we would have been waiting for the majority of our drinks, for the plates to be removed and for the bill. With that I will have to say the Murfreesboro location has better service and food. I will likely travel the extra distance to have better service and consistent food quality. read more

Lots of graduating seniors and families were here this night. So, we expected a wait, as we were with a senior as well. We ordered our food and the wait was long. Maybe 90 minutes to two hours. Our sides didn't come out with our dinner and the waitress had to go back and ask for sides and condiments. She was pleasant and really trying hard for a group of 25. Once everything did arrive, it was really good. She did a good job with the size of our crowd. I ordered the pork plate with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was all great. They did an excellent job on seasoning the food. Could have been a bit hotter. My husband ordered the sirloin with mac and cheese and another side. Tasted great, looked good, but still could have been a bit hotter. I'll return on a less busy day and enjoy our meals even more. read more

I don't know how the reviews for this place aren't better! It's soooooo good! I would consider myself a "food snob" and I did not want to come here at all in the 4 years I've lived in Tennessee. But my son really wanted to come, and a friend told us the steak here was amazing! So we came and Whoa! The filet here was better than most 5star restaurants I've been to. I'm also super health conscious and there were lots of healthy options for me Our server AJ was super thoughtful, and such a gem of a human. He really took great care of us. The vibe was great! This will be a regular spot for us Worth the wait! read more

Verry sad , the food is good and the staff friendly but the noise level is way too loud. We would like to be able to come to eat here more often but the noise level makes it uncomfortable. We cant hear the server very clearly and can't converse with others at our table. I dont do sign language and writing things down to communitate takes too long. Also shouting to be heard is annoying. Please consider lowering the noise so verbal communication is not so difficult. Ledgends is a good example of proper noise levels for dining read more

We decided to celebrate my moms 60th birthday at this location. Our food was great, staff was friendly - we had zero complaints until the very end. I know first hand how important tipping wait staff is. I was a waitress all throughout high school and college, and during that time I even taught my friends and family outside of the industry how important it is to ALWAYS tip. Noah (our waiter) passed out our checks at the end the night. My brother and his girlfriend were the FIRST to pay their check. Mind you - again this is a birthday dinner so we were in no hurry to pay and leave. Noah came to me and showed me my brothers check and said " really? You guys aren't tipping me? " and scuffed off. I said "excuse me?" To be completely honest, it took everything in me not to give him an earful. He's saying this to me as my brother is getting cash out of his wallet and placing it on the table. Again he was the first to pay so to come to me and say " you guys aren't tipping me" when he had NO idea what he was talking about was completely disrespectful and rude. He then says " I'm sorry big parties don't tip me " well Noah that's not us. Did you talk to your other parties like that? Did you wait until your other parties left or do you assume for all your parties? Completely inexcusable and ruined our night. I don't care how many I'm sorry's he gave me - you don't assume. The stigma that large parties of black people dont tip needs to end. read more

We came here because it was close to the house and we like their bread. However, the three girls in the reception tonight were horrible. Rude and made us feel unwelcome. We left without even sit down. read more

Good food. Servers are wonderful. The food is great and live the atmosphere. Go there on your birthday and get a big yew haw.

We almost left because of the chaos at the host stand; there isn't a good place to stand while you wait to be acknowledged and there isn't anyone trying to make eye contact. But once you force someone to write your name down and give you a spot in line, it's worth it. Quick to be seated, greeted, wined and dined. The 8oz sirloin (medium) was far more tender than any chain-restaurant sirloin steak has the right to be, and the onion blossom is 11/10. Bang up job. Just shore up that host stand. read more

I order a 15 ounce ribeye medium rare. They brought me a 15 ounce New York strip medium rare. It's pretty sad a steakhouse doesn't know the cuts of steaks. asked for it to be recooked and then I would take it to go. Exactly what I want to do was spend $25 on a steak and put it in the go Box. not one manager came to my table and said anything. we got to go box and left. Absolutely terrible experience every time I've been here and I've only been here three times since they've opened and this is why. read more

This place was a total zoo on a Saturday night. I would have left if I were not meeting people who had their heart set on eating there. First off, there is no parking. We had to park at Sam's Club across a 5-lane street. Then we waited 1.25 hours on the waitlist that said it would be a 50-60 minute wait. Once you get called for the waitlist, you get put into another holding area where they are supposed to come and seat you. We waited in this area another .25 hours before we finally got a manager and let them know we were waiting to be seated. After getting seated, we ordered cheese fries as an appetizer. They never came, but were put on the bill. I ordered chili, which came out without a spoon on another diner's plate. It was a good wait to get the spoon as well. Before we left, we ordered a Caesar salad to go. We thought we were going to get a full-sized salad, but they brought a side salad. The only bright note is when we realized we'd been charged for the missing cheese fries and accidentally paid for them, the manager agreed to replace the cheese fry cost with a full-sized Caesar salad instead. I'm sure this place knows how to do better or they would not have been as popular as they were. It's a hard pass for me on account of not liking to be in the middle of a Charlie Foxtrot. It's a shame because the chili was good. read more

Food tasted good and services were okay but really slow. We waited 1.5 hours for a table. Which it was packed on a Friday night. So I get that but after waiting 45 mins on our food it was prepared wrong and I didn't get silver ware with my steak. I had to ask for silverware 5 times and waited 30 mins. By the time I got to cut into my 16 oz sirloin it was cold and disappointing. I understand it's busy but I spent 84.42 just for a cold steak. If I wanted to be disappointed I would've ate McDonalds and saved time and money. read more

Texas Roadhouse isn't too bad. They have quite possibly the best cin among butter that goes on a roll I've ever had. We got 4 rounds of bread, and it was so good.
