Another Toots location checked off our list! We were worried when we pulled in because the parking lot seemed full, but inside the restaurant there were plenty of places to eat. Walking in, I loved the theme of this location. It's so cool to see stuff like that in an age where everything is bland and boring inside restaurants. The food was great and our server was amazing too. The wings were actual perfection and the tenders were great as well. They were very accommodating when it came to honoring dietary restrictions. I don't know what it is about this particular Toot's, but the service is hit or miss. It's mostly miss though. I've had multiple problems of the server just disappearing at this location. I went tonight, and the server greeted me, then like three minutes later someone else brought me my drink. Then after about a couple more minutes, I finally found a server and they took my order. Then my server came back to verify it. My food came out pretty quickly, I didn't see my server again for about five more minutes. She said she would bring me some tea back. After about three more minutes, someone brought me a tea in a to go cup. I don't know why they brought it in a to go cup. My server did bring me to go box and a lid for my ranch. Otherwise, though she was not a very good server. I don't know what the problem was. I don't know if it's because she was having a bad night, or preoccupied with something else or what. There was a nice server there named Stephanie, who helped me a few times and she knew what she was doing. I wish she would've been my server instead. I don't know what's going on with this location, but the service is just so wonky half the time. The servers will just disappear. I don't have this problem at the other locations. It's very frustrating to just get ignored though. read more

Nope! 1 and done for us. Went to see what all the hyper was about. Not a great experience from start to finish. Got there at 11:39 on a weds. Sign said $6:99 burgers all day, so thought we would try it. Server said that was from the day before and not valid. Ok. We still ordered a burger and steak sliders. Those had "Philly meat" in them, so I asked our server if there were alot of onions. He said "hmmm not sure but I don't think it's a lot". He then said I could add more and I said I wasn't a fan of onions so it was ok the way it is. When the bill came, he CHARGED me for onions! I asked why since I didn't really want any, but was fine the way it came. He had no explanation. The burger meat was a grayish color. Didn't look like a regular burger usually does. Great place on 96 just outside of Murfreesboro. Plenty of parking available. You can choose your table when you arrive, bar tables, regular tables and booths. They have a good number of tv's in the bar area to watch your favorite team. Good variety of offerings, we enjoyed the Buffalo chicken salad and the Philly cheese steak. The wings taste just like Hooters. Their Buffalo chicken salad is large and tasty, and they have great daily specials. We also like that you can print a free kids' chicken tenders coupon from their website which a nice touch for families. Good place for a casual meal. read more

If you are looking for wings and cold beer check this place out. Staff were friendly and helpful when ordering. We started off with the Fried Pickles, very good the batter was light and tasty. It came with ranch and mustard to dip it. For an entree, I got the 10 chicken tenders, 5 tossed in Mango Habanero, very good and the other 5 in Honey BBQ to calm the taste buds. Went here w my husband and daughter. Food was ok. I got the catfish and huge onion rings. Yes, a lot of fried food. But, the thick batter did not help. It's was too much! Will not be ordering both those again, at least not as a combination. The fish was fresh tasting, but one piece was very scrawny. So, I sent it back to the kitchen. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Can't say the same about the mngr. She never came to the table to apologize or make sure things were to my satisfaction. Although, that piece was replaced with a much meatier one. The tartar sauce served with it was ok too, nothing to write home to mama about. My daughter got the Cajun chicken salad, minus all ingredients except lettuce, cheese, and chicken. Geez, paying almost $14 for something we could easily have fixed her at home for a 1/4 the price, makes me a bit aggravated w her. But, I wasn't going to argue w her in public. She liked the strips of chicken. She also ordered a Shirley Temple. It was great! My husband ordered the Rueben. The bread was kind of soft (he likes it toasted,) it didn't have enough sourkraut, and the Thousand Island dressing wasn't that good. To be honest, I don't think the 3 of us will ever order the same thing again. Not sure if we'll ever return, but we'll definitely get something different if we do. I was hungry for the oysters, what they are known for, and they were out of them! Boo hoo! Our dining experience was pretty poor. Oh, I might add, I did go to this place yrs ago when they served frog legs. They were so good, I would've ordered them again today. But, they've taken them off the menu. More boo hoo!! I love Toot's, and I can now say I've been to three of the four restaurants! This location is so much different than any of the others. It is complete with western theming from floor to ceiling. Sitting at a booth in Toot's West feels like sitting in a gold town from an old western movie. The dining room has large garage-door windows, allowing for a patio feel on pretty summer days. This location even has a game room tucked away for the kids and kids at heart. As always, I love the chicken finger basket with curly fries! That's my go-to when at a Toot's and the food tasted just as good at this location. Service was great, the food was fast, and the inside of the restaurant is clean. This was definitely the cleanest and most modern of all the Toot's I'd visited, but it is also the newest. We will be back! read more

Cool place for a quick stop to stretch your legs and sit back and relax. The food is mediocre and the fried items were over fried. So that was a disappointing. Also, they had an old happy hour sign up so the drink I ordered ended up being double the price. Lots of young kids both dining and working. Would I return? Probably not unless it was true happy hour, but I am not a huge fan of bar food. The billboards along the highway make it seem like this is a wonderful seafood place. Definitely not the case. BIGGEST pet peeve is the young servers and the bartender here At toots, on broad st. in the evenings that does not EVER clean the bar. She never removes dirty dishes, glasses, she never wipes down the bar..... In other words, it's ALWAYS FILTHY when I come here on Friday nights. Shame on the management for allowing this day after day, week after week. This is why my tips are very low. Toot's is a fun place to eat with a varied menu. The fried pickles just disappeared almost as soon as they put the basket down. The chicken tenders were seasoned great and they put the tenders in a sauce of your choice. The new potatoes with sour cream were hot and delicious. Came here today for the first time and we order the dill pickles, frog leg basket and the shrimp basket. None of them had any flavor honestly if you did a blind taste test you wouldn't know which one you were eating.. Even the bread coating has zero flavor, no psices and fell off as soon as you picked it up. Our waitress really wasn't very helpful, kept trying to rush us out the door and other waitress had to refill our drinks during our meal. First time visiting. We will NOT be coming back to this location if they do not improve. We have been to different Toot's locations in the past, and the food/service was always great. We especially love the chicken fingers. However, when we walked in to this location on 3/7/2020 the hostess pointed out our seats and continued chatting with 2 other workers. She did not lead us to our seats, as you would usually expect, and left us standing in the entryway. The hostess pointed again to our seats, and we seated ourselves. It took a while for a server to come and take our drink orders. My son ordered a kid's meal which comes with an ice cream dessert, and he expressed he wanted vanilla ice cream. He was told the ice cream order would come later, but he never received it. The chicken fingers my husband ordered were great-- tasty and juicy as expected. On the other hand, my grilled chicken salad had old lettuce that had changed colors. In addition, they placed the two salad dressings in the packet directly on top of my salad. I was concerned about this because there is no way for me to tell where those packets have been, who touched them, and I expect things like this to come on the side. Our server, Sidney, forgot to bring my son's ice cream. Other than that she did her job and checked on us twice and refilled our drinks, but there was no smile and she was emotionless. When she asked us how we were doing, she was already walking away before we could properly reply to her. I give 2 stars for the chicken fingers. Good bar food would be my description of Toots. Fried pickles were excellent. Well seasoned. Loaded potato skins were okay. Not the biggest, but also not very expensive. Philly had really good meat and was very large. Free kids hot dog meal was a nice touch with ice cream. Son had Buffalo shrimp which were just okay. Cajun ribeye sandwich wasn't what I was expecting. I expected more pop from the Cajun seasoning. Onion straws and sweet potato wedges were both good. We will be back to try some other things.
