    Honey Chicken Lunch Special

Great food, attentive staff, and good prices! Highly recommend the honey chicken as well as coming for their lunch prices :)

    General chicken, fried rice

Called to place order and it was ready within 15 minutes. Had the general chicken lunch special that came with fried rice and an egg roll. I really enjoyed the flavor and crispness of the chicken and the crunchiness of the egg roll. Fried rice was ok but was surprised it didn't have veggies. Maybe that's something I should've asked about?? Either way, definitely would eat here again.

Surprising (and disappointing) to be served tea in a Chinese restaurant in a cup with a tea bag....not brewed in a pot.

Our back pocket "go to" for quick, easy lunch or dinner. And, if you look at the photos, I shared, there's enough for each of us to have another full meal next day. The portions are very generous and very reasonably priced. Food is absolutely delicious. While we often choose the same entrée each time, we have tried many of the items on the menu and they are all delicious. The service is quick, and staff is always, always courteous and polite. Love Ching Asian Bistro.

This was my first time eating at Ching Asian Bistro. Being new to Westhaven I want to try their Chinese food. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. The fried rice was lacking as it looked and tasted as if they only added soy sauce. No veggies or protein. The Kung pow chicken was a good size for a to go order and it was delicious. The veggies were cooked to perfection. I would order the Kung Pow Chicken again with steam rice. Although I got my order to go, the service was quick and correct. The restaurant has plenty of seating if you choose to eat there.

Shrimp Fried Rice with additional veggies ---YUMM! The best friend rice we have ever had!

It took us several years to find a great Chinese restaurant . We would drive nearly 50 minutes in rush hour traffic to dine at Ching's Asian Bistro when we lived in Nashville. It was worth the drive ! Now that we live 10 minutes away, it has become our neighborhood eatery. We rated it 5 Stars 8 years ago and I can only say ---it's even better now (if that was even possible). They have fast and friendly service, delicious Chinese food and a large menu. Anything on the menu is superb, some of our favorites are: General Sao Chicken House Fried Rice Tempura Shrimp Chicken Low Mein Mushu Chicken Sweet & Sour Chicken My husband and daughter and family love the Beef Egg Fu Young. Their Egg Rolls are great. It's worth a drive if you are in the outskirts of Franklin or a neighboring town.

Never been disappointed here! You have to get the Mongolian beef and an order of the green beans if you're a first timer!

From the food to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. The first thing that stood out was their small plate concept, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoy trying a variety of dishes instead of committing to just one entrée, and this concept is something I wish more restaurants would adopt. We ended up trying almost half the menu and loved nearly every dish. A huge shout-out to our server, Nestor. He welcomed us warmly, was cheerful throughout the evening, and his recommendations were spot on. He truly made the dinner even more enjoyable. We started with a couple of mocktails, and the Purple Haze was refreshing and delicious. Here are some of our favorites: MI Cucumber - Smashed cucumber with soy dressing, crunchy chili oil, and cilantro. Simple, refreshing, and packed with flavor. Plantain - Fried plantains topped with sriracha goat cheese, cilantro, and crunchy gremolata. The sriracha goat cheese paired perfectly with the sweet plantains. K-Pop Chicken - Korean sweet and spicy popcorn chicken with great flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Dumplings - Homemade steamed dumplings with edamame, truffle, yuzu ponzu, and garlic confit. I really enjoyed the truffle flavor, though it may not be for everyone. Kimchi Bacon Risotto - Caramelized kimchi, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, and shrimp. One of the best dishes of the night--perfectly cooked with incredible flavor. Crispy Spicy Tuna - Spicy mayo tuna served over crispy rice. This was one of the highlights of the meal. The crispy rice was absolutely perfect. Cauliflower Taco - Crispy cauliflower with guacamole, creamy miso, and tsiran spice. The filling was flavorful, and the cauliflower was cooked perfectly. Lamb Chops - This was the only dish that felt average. The lamb was cooked well, but it was missing a bit of flavor. A little more seasoning, especially some salt, would have really elevated the dish. To finish the meal, we had the Banana Pudding with Vanilla Gelato, which was a delicious and satisfying way to end dinner. Overall, MI Kitchen completely exceeded our expectations. Amazing food, a fun small-plate concept, and outstanding service from Nestor made this a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu!

It's one of those places where everything is packed with flavor and every dish feels a little special. The Mi cucumber is absolutely to die for--especially when you put it on top of the dumplings. Trust me on that combo! The K-Pop chicken is AMAZING and a must-order every time. The arancini has such a flavorful and unique twist that really stands out. The spring roll was delicious too, full of flavor with just the right amount of spice. And the tacos... you cannot skip them. The beef tacos are incredible, and the cauliflower tacos are just as good. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything here. On top of the fantastic food, the service is always great--friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend!! Be sure to make a reservation!

I'm picky about lettuce wraps, but these were delicious! I will recommend and be ordering them again. I veered from what was suggested as a top sushi entree bc I was fearful of it being too spicy, so we went with a milder version ~ Crab Dragon Roll~ per the waitresses suggestion. It was definitely mild, but adding Wasabi and Ginger kicked it up a notch. I know, crazy sounding, I don't like "spicy," but I like wasabi. I'm weird! I am always on the hunt for a solid pick-up Chinese spot and usually wait until I am closer to home to scoop up the food, but decided to give Asian Taste a try recently and get it right after work. Online ordering process was simple, not a huge fan of the 7% processing fee, but the prices were fair so I pushed through. Quoted time of 25 minutes was spot on. When I walked in the door, they were walking from behind the curtain with my order. As noted in previous reviews, I always judge a Chinese spot by their wonton soup...and Asian Taste came through with some of the best wonton soup I have had in the area! In addition to the tasty soup, we got sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll, and house lo mein. The egg roll was more of a spring roll, but it was fried to perfection and packed with the goods, so again, I let it slide. All the food was hot and delicious, and plentiful. Pricing was not bad, including the fees, tax and a tip, we spent around $32, which is not bad at all! If you are interested in dining in, there are several booths and tables. The dining room was well kept and clean. Overall, really enjoyed Asian Taste. Definitely will be added to the rotation for those weeknight Chinese dinners!

Everything tasted fresh, no complaints there. However, I had an issue with the portion size to price ratio. My fiancé and I both ordered the regular sized pho. They have a smaller size and a regular size and we 100% ordered regular size. Now, I don't know if something got mixed up, but assuming I got the correct order, a regular size portion is a shallow takeout container with noodles and the toppings and 16oz of broth. That amount of broth is enough to barely cover everything in the already shallow bowl. Also, the bao bun, while super tasty, cost $4.25 and we got one piece of pork belly on it which I was a little sad about! The coconut pudding, also super tasty, was pretty small too and cost $3.00. However, it is a filling dessert so I can understand that pricing and portion sizes. Again, overall this place is good, but I think I've just been a bit more spoiled with other Pho spots I've been to. I've had a lot of places give me a lot more bang for my buck.
