I called in and ordered my food. The man could barely speak English and had trouble understanding what I wanted. I only ordered chicken low mein and egg drop soup. We literally live 5 minutes away. When my husband got there the food was already in a bag and ready to go. Our food was cold and tasted like it was from leftovers. It was not fresh! It did not taste good. By the time my husband got home he realized they had given us twice the amount we had ordered and we'd been charged $30 instead of the $17 we were expecting. This is the closest Chinese takeout from where I live and I'm obsessed with their Lo Mein. It's so satisfying and flavorful. Their lunch specials are very cheap and the portions are so generous. You will get stuffed for under $6. I recommend their wonton soup as well. If you call them to order, your food will be ready in ten minutes. Very reliable. Sunny China has always been my goto in Spring Hill. But a family member bought a house on that side of town. So we wanted Chinese and China 1 was closest. Last time i ate here was many years ago and i was not impressed. However the last time I went it seems the food quality has improved. Had the sesame chicken and general tso's chicken. Very tasty. The egg rolls and wontons are the same standard frozen ones that are not made in house. Sunny China is a little cheaper. But if I am on that side if town I would definitely goto China 1 again. We've gotten take out from here 3 times and have been impressed each time. The portions are very good. Lo mein is delicious. Their egg rolls are so big and so yummy. We've had sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, white rice, fried rice, spicy seafood, vegetables, mushroom beef. It has all Ben wonderful. They are fast and when they tell you the order is ready, it's ready. Might be the worst Chinese food I've ever had. General Tso's Chicken is essentially clumps of breading deep fried, or stir fried in a wok. Every now n then, you actually find chicken. The General Tao's sauce is something you can buy at Kroger. The Moo Shoo chicken, was cabbage n a little chicken.
