Panda Express is easily my favorite fast food spot, and this location never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly every time I stop by. The Orange Chicken is consistently crispy, and the fried rice is always hot. Even when they're busy, the service is quick and everything tastes like it was just made. This place has gone through a serious revamp. It looks nice and clean inside. The food is good. I have had NO issues the 3 times that I have been here. We get Panda Express at least once or twice a month. I think management has changed to Indian? Unfortunate language barrier this last time I was there. Our order was wrong too. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, and Teriyaki chicken. I had to wait for the Kung Pao, which was fine. When I pulled away to wait, I noticed instead of Teriyaki, it said Honey Sesame. I went in to let them know and was told, it's the same! What! No it's not. The manager also said it's the same. I went back out and waited for 15 minutes and went back in. As I was walking to the register, I looked at the items. There are TWO different tags, one said Honey Sesame and the other down the row, Teriyaki! I caught his attention as he was scooping in the Honey, he emptied it and then gave me the Teriyaki without evening saying a word! He was trying to be nice but I will not be returning. We order Kung Pao Chicken every time. I'm a Texan and like hot stuff. It was so hot, my gums and mouth hurt!! read more

The experience at the panda location in the crossings was phenomenal! Jose greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and informative! We had to wait a few minutes for our orange chicken as it was still cooking and he brought it out with a smile that could light up all of spring hill! Might I add in the pouring rain! Always fast and reliable service. They seem to be always busy with both drive thru and dine-in customers, but regardless of that I'm able to get my food served quickly. The only thing that took one star off is cleanliness. Most of the time I have hard time finding a clean table. I wish they would pay closer attention to that. read more

Rude, crude, nasty associates. And the manager was not sympathetic or caring. The associate that took our order at the drive thru acted like we were wasting her time. I love Panda Express. I hate this location. Will never go back. Everything from being told to give them a minute when getting to the ordering speaker every single time and having it sometimes be 1 minute and other times be 5 minutes to them not having white rice 4 out of the last 5 times I've been there (ever hear of McDonald's not having fries?), to them forgetting multiple pieces of my order regularly. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for years but now I'm done. It's always a shock when I have even just a formidable experience here let alone a good one. This location is trash. The lo mein was under cooked and flavorless. The rice was cold. The crab Rangoon was hard and dry. The customer service there is less than desirable, to say the least. They act as if you are an inconvenience for showing up. I was helped by the manager! When I asked for a side of sweet and sour sauce (had to ask 4 times because they decided the customer doesn't deserve attention) I literally got an eye roll and it tossed down towards the rest of my food. When asked to add a small drink at the last minute, I got yet another eye roll. This location is in dire need of new management. read more

Just like all other pandas, food is dry and hard. It is over priced just like all other panda expresses. It is subpar, for a couple dollars more go to fulins in the same parking lot. If you go into this panda check your receipt or tell them what you ordered because they can't tell the difference between shrimp and chicken. And I was charged extra for shrimp, they wouldn't refund me money so they had me just get extra entree which I ended up throwing away anyways so it was a waste. read more

Good food every time with great prices! The pricing for food is cheap fast and convenient for everyone. Food quality is a big one for me and they knocked it out of the park when it comes to the chicken they use. Very good sauces on the orange chicken. The fried rice is good but, could of easily been enhanced with some soy sauce or teriyaki. read more

This is my first visit. I am considering the fact that it is 1:00 pm and the lunch rush is over. The rice was not fresh and it seemed like the last fresh batch was poured over an old batch because I kept getting bits of old fried rice in every bite. The Beijing Beef was so sweet and tart and extremely saucy that it was not enjoyable. It upset my stomach half way through the meal. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was pretty good though. The girl waiting on me took 3 other people's order and prepared them before ringing any of us up. She said it was easier for her that way....never mind our food was getting cold. Their website allowed me to order and pay for items that aren't even offered at this location. Then they wouldn't allow me to pick up at the drive-through window, even though it was an online order (which wasn't even started cooking, by the way). I told them I had brought my dog with me and wasn't coming inside to pick up an order that was supposed to have already been ready. Then, the classic... This is the best Panda Express location I've ever been to (and I've been to several in different cities and states). My service was prompt, but the food itself was the best Panda meal I've ever had. Vegetables were so crisp and abundant with green beans whereas other locations skip them and greatly over cook the cabbage. The food smells like hot dogs and tastes like the bottom of my shoe walking through a manure field. I'll never understand how this place stays in business or if I have a tumor that is changing the taste of what I'm eating. My wife and I ventured in here on opening day, we both love Chinese food, or at least Americanized Chinese food but unfortunately this vomit inducing garbage would end our love for Panda Express. I'm not one to hate on or completely disregard an establishment but one and only time, please for the love of baby Jesus head elsewhere for Chinese. My wife and i have visited Panda In 5 different states. I can safely say the one in Spring Hill, Tennessee is without doubt the very worst. Most times understaffed, unprepared for visitors and generally old food (not fresh). There are enough issues I could write a short novel. Tonight was the last straw, who would not have "sweet and sour" sauce? There are a number of dishes to use with the sauce but the pan was empty. To top it off, there were a number of dishes about to run out and no one was cooking. We are done! Too bad, it was convenient.
