He walks out to ask the bartender how to make one of the milkshakes, then finally brings out both drinks but we realized after he left that he brought out the same original milkshake that he took away... now melted. We were disappointed in the time management skills and lack of apology when we waited for almost 40 minutes for two milkshakes. I know that these are younger adults, but when you are serving at an established restaurant these things should be meet with sincerity and hopefully being able to learn from these growth opportunities.
