Came back finally to take my nieces as they love seafood and we had a blast. Was it a bit crazy with 3 kids and only 2 adult, yes! But our server was amazing and she helped whenever she could (she told us she had 2 year old twins herself...God Bless). This is a such a fun treat. We just opted for crab legs and lots of corn, because the kids love corn. We got the voodoo sauce in the side for the adults. The babes had the best time with the bibs, gloves, pouch drinks and throwing the garbage in the bucket. Finally I don't know whose Spotify playlist was on, but the tunes were banging. Ordered and shared several appetizers of baked clams, calamari and kobe sliders. Had their seafood bisque which had shrimp and scallops in it. For my main entree I had the marinated ribeye steak which was tender and juicy. Hubby had their pasta jambalaya and enjoyed it. Our son had their pan seared salmon which had a nice crisp exterior. This is definitely a 4 star restaurant food wise. I just think if you forget to bring a drink red wine and I have to go get it after 15 minutes just make the suggestion to say that's on us. I likely would refuse. There's other color to this I just don't have the bandwidth to get into. Not sure if we will be back. If I can give it 3.5 stars I would. We have dined at the other restaurants in the same shopping center and wanted to try this one. We took advantage of their lunch special which was a good value. There is plenty of parking available. We each had a different appetizer so we can all share and they were very good. We each had a different entree. I had ordered the crispy Fish Po Boy, and realized after I bit into it and looking underneath the bun I was given the Shrimp Po Boy and there was no tartar sauce. Since we were pressed for time, I ate it and it was good. One had the smoked brisket sandwich which they liked. The other had the BBQ pork ribs sandwich which was ok. It didn't have much flavor and lacked sauce. When the receipt came, it just showed that we ordered from the lunch menu. Service was ok. There is booth, table and bar seating available. I still want to try the Crispy Fish Po Boy so we will be returning. read more

After hearing so many good things for so long, we happened to be in area and made reservations for 2 the night before Mother's Day. Astonishing how great the wings were. Just not high expectations for a seafood joint, but seriously top of the line. Huge, juicy, crispy and incredible flavor. We had honey sesame something or other..just fantastic! Baked clams were delicious as well. My boil was to die for. Crab legs, corn and potato In garlic butter with a little head. Practically licked the plate clean. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Let me just say this place lives up to the hype. The menu is MORE than just boils. Appetizers had good options - mussels, wings & things. The adult juice boxes cracked me up. Had an order for pickup. The woman who answered the phone got the order wrong. When I got there to pick it up the man who gave me the order was very rude. As I was waiting to pay a Family came in and were told by the hostess that they couldn't accommodate them. (an infant and 3 children. The manager was right there and said the same thing. For the sauce I selected the Voodoo Experience. Man, this dish was so delicious! That Voodoo sauce is a little spicy and so good! The lobster was on point! We dined on one of those mild Friday October evenings for a birthday celebration. All 5 of us were so hot, I finally waved down the Manager who said to me - "I'm not hot and I am walking around." -Restaurant Manager He turned up the ceiling fans to top speed so the hot air would move quicker. Makes great punch's and knows the menu inside out. Went in yesterday and for a Monday the place was humming. I had snow crab with headless shrimp and dozen blue point oysters on half shell which were sleeping in the Great South Bay earlier Monday morning. The prices are very fair. Know this is not just a place they throw all together, this place cooks your items to order and their different flavored boils, allow you to adjust the heat level on all of them. I found that eating the boil out of the bag keeps you neat. You'll be slathering your fingers with their buttery and aromatic sauces. The place including restrooms is immaculate. Ordered apps from happy hour menu calamari rubbery mussels were fishy tasting and popcorn shrimp not worth it at all. Service was terrible. Bartender didn't come to ask if we needed anything or another drink or anything else from menu. SO. GOOD.!! My first time trying Cajun Seafood Boil and it was SO good. I got 1/2 lb Calamari + 1/2 lb Clams, and it was about $19 (tip&tax excluded). We all tried the "Voodoo Experience" for the sauce and it complemented the seafood boil so well. Comes with corn and potatoes. I rate this 12/10, would totally come back! For those who got Crab/Crawfish, it seemed like a bit of a struggle to eat. They give you a bib+gloves though! read more

I don't think I've ever been told that a restaurant can't give me a refill of my soda 45 minutes before they close. The reason of "the machine was turned off" is typical of staff closing down while being open because they don't want to be there. They did a good job of passing their customer service vibe onto me though, as I no longer wanted to be there when they couldn't give me a refill of a Pepsi. Furthering that feeling were the two employees that I'm guessing were off shift drinking fresh alcoholic beverages in the booth across from our table. I guess I was drinking the wrong drink. Leaving my wife's take home box of leftover wings open when they threw it in the bag was the icing on the cake. If it wasn't for the food being good, I would never consider coming back to this restaurant. As it is, I probably will never return to this location, as I'd rather travel an hour for good service than 15 minutes to receive this treatment. read more

First time at this location... My boyfriend and I decided to venture off to this location on a Friday night. We've been to Massapequa location, so we knew what to expect. For my boil I got head off shrimp and crab legs in the voodoo experience medium spice sauce. SOOO YUMMY! My boyfriend ordered crawfish and tiger shrimp for his boil also in the voodoo experience medium spice sauce. Yummy as well! We both agreed that this location's medium is definitely more spicy than Massapequa's medium. After we finished our boils, we were both still a little hungry. After looking at the dessert menu nothing really caught our interest. It was still happy hour so we ordered another round of charbroiled oysters and popcorn shrimp. Oysters were just as good as the first round and the popcorn shrimp had a very light batter and was severed with a chipotle type dipping sauce. Service was excellent.
