Found out later that it was formerly Watami. I recognized the window view from the inside. Arrived a few minutes before our reservation, and we were seated right away at a cozy corner. The place had several tables occupied, and it looks like we got there at the right time. Drink and appetizer orders were taken, and we had a little time to look through the menu. A bottle of wine and a couple of cocktails came out and entree orders were taken promptly. I had looked it up ahead of time, and had my sights set on the Paella Valencia. We also got the Grilled Octopus (perfectly grilled and seasoned), empanadas which were smaller than I expected, but delicious (Might have been too much if they were bigger). we also had the seafood-stuffed jalapenos, and calamari for appetizers, and others in our party got the lamb chops, stuffed sole, and salmon for their mains. I finished my entire pot of paella, it was fantastic. I always like when the chef comes around to see firsthand how the guests are enjoying their meals, and Chef Nunez did just that. I think we'll bring other people here next time, there were many other items that caught my eye that reminded me of our time in Spain.

Turns out there was a Christmas party happening in the back, must have been quite the rager. We were referred here by some locals that seemed to know most of the wait staff so that seemed promising. The drinks were average the food was SUPERB. We were a fairly large group (maybe), there were 8 of us. The food presentation was that of a high end restaurant, and it was definitely not my typical menu so that was a nice change of pace. Don't expect a Chilis menu or some other basic chain menu. One downfall, one of the dinners came out about twenty minutes after everyone else's. The manager took care of it which was the decent thing to do, maybe it was mixed into the party room, idk. Overall a great experience.

So many boats, lounge chairs, picnic tables, and you can even sit at or in the boats while you enjoy your drink, food, and the views. The service was great. You can take the menu to view and you order at the bar. The young woman taking our order was friendly, made suggestions, and chatted with us while we ordered. On Thursdays, they offer free boat rides which we didn't take but it was really nice that the option was there. It looked nice and calming out on the water and they had life vests for everyone. We saw a few families out on the boat rides and it looked like a cool addition to the evening. We ordered the Hey There, Sailor ( rum punch). It was delicious. Sweet and strong. We shared the crabby fries, which was good. My friends and I agreed that it would have been even better if the crab and the sauce (Or some other binding agent) were more incorporated but the fries were crispy and hot. I ordered the shrimp roll which came with chips which was pretty good and a nice size. I liked the picnic style tables and the overall vibe. It was like sitting in a friend/family members yard on the water and just relaxing with good food and drinks.

No answer so we decided to come before opening so that it wasnt their busiest time, ordered a burger, and brought a celiac safe meal for myself. I started eating before my partner incase anyone wasnt happy with me bringing it so we could be done fast. We did have a shopping bag for my dogs essentials in the heat, and his water bottle was on the table. We brought our own two seltzers which I am assuming may not be allowed and I apologize for that. No one seemed to mind until it seems a family that ordered expensive drinks asked the owner Steve to have us move. Ofcourse, it was the one time my dog stepped up onto the seat for water, but other than that we specifically only took up the corner of our table incase anyone needed the other side. Plenty of space, and dog is very friendly. Steve couldve asked nicely but was incredibly rude. Gestured at me sort of aggressively and said "you cant be doing this". I told him about restrictions and he said "I dont care i only have 4 tables'". When leaving, I saw an open table. I get it, ok, but just be nicer and don't make a scene. 2 stars because burger was ok and the views are great. Big fan of Little Gull Cafe, you can bring a really good coffee from Nice Place if there is a wait, and their burger is 5/5!!

So called Atlantic Seafood. $21.99 a pound. Sigh, but better than Cor-J. We drove over there, and it's a combo seafood market/restaurant, like whatever Indian Cove is called now. (It was Indian Cove almost my entire life, and now it's on its third or maybe fourth name change, and I absolutely cannot be bothered to keep track.) The fish looked fresh and wonderful, and a friendly, very helpful man weighed several different pieces so we could choose. One of us, not me, eats very small portions. We got two pieces, and when seared, they were delicious!! We had walked in through the restaurant, and exited through a giant fake shark jaw into a picnic area. The market part was small and fun, with lots of fake crabs. I got a menu to peruse later, because I want to come back!

We loved the decor because when on vacation these are kind of places we like to visit. The kids loved seeing the giant shark head. It's not big but there is more than enough parking . You can also buy fresh fish to take home. Amazing place to stop by if you are visiting from out of town.
