Admittedly, Los Dos Potrillos (in Colorado) sets a VERY high standard. These fajitas were not even close. I won't order the fajitas again. Probably best to get tacos next time. Or anything BUT chicken fajitas. I do wonder if all their chicken is dark meat, like thighs. I just don't like it. I like chicken breast. Especially in fajitas. The agua fresca was delicious, but very very sweet. I got a bottle of water to cut the excessive sweetness. Needs lemon or lime juice too. This is a very bright, cheerful, fun place. They have produce and groceries! It's small, but there are several tables, and it's very clean. I will definitely be back, for tacos! Three stars for the fajitas.
