The vibe was friendly and inclusive, which made for a really enjoyable night. The parking lot is huge, though it still struggled to fit everyone--this place clearly draws a crowd. There were lots of motorcycles, which added to the cool, slightly rugged scene. The bar itself has a large back patio, several rooms inside, and a spacious main bar that wraps around three sides. Seating is plentiful and well laid out. There was a pool table that got a lot of use--make sure to bring quarters if you want to play. We also caught a live band playing that night and they were fantastic, though the volume was a bit overwhelming at times. Still, the energy was great, and the music was a big plus. The bartender, Donna (I think that was her name), was friendly and attentive. I only had a drink, so I'm not sure if they serve food--I'll have to check on that next time. It's also worth noting they offer free Wi-Fi and have several large TVs, which was a nice bonus. My coworkers, who had already been here a few times, all seemed to enjoy themselves again. One thing I always pay attention to is lighting, and Frogzz hit the mark: not too bright, not too dim--just right for a relaxed night out. And yes, true to the name, there's frog-themed decor everywhere--fun, quirky, and definitely part of the charm. All in all, a thumbs up. I'd come back with friends. The overall automosphere seems geared more toward an older crowd. However, it's still chill and easy to enjoy at any age.

So called Atlantic Seafood. $21.99 a pound. Sigh, but better than Cor-J. We drove over there, and it's a combo seafood market/restaurant, like whatever Indian Cove is called now. (It was Indian Cove almost my entire life, and now it's on its third or maybe fourth name change, and I absolutely cannot be bothered to keep track.) The fish looked fresh and wonderful, and a friendly, very helpful man weighed several different pieces so we could choose. One of us, not me, eats very small portions. We got two pieces, and when seared, they were delicious!! We had walked in through the restaurant, and exited through a giant fake shark jaw into a picnic area. The market part was small and fun, with lots of fake crabs. I got a menu to peruse later, because I want to come back!

We loved the decor because when on vacation these are kind of places we like to visit. The kids loved seeing the giant shark head. It's not big but there is more than enough parking . You can also buy fresh fish to take home. Amazing place to stop by if you are visiting from out of town.

He pretty much ran the show and was so welcoming . He really knows his stuff. He's been there from the start and is a super nice guy! Everything he recommended was spot on: Oysters casino ( hubby's first time) and Burrata Chicken was delish (didn't need the chicken). Perfect Al dente Pasta in a yummy sauce and who DOESNT LOVE BURRATA? Fried Calamari was a hit as well. Portions are huge. We were way too stuffed for dessert, but Tommy gave us a sample of their homemade Cannoli cheesecake, really good! So of course we had get a slice of Pistachio Cheesecake to go in case we got stuck in traffic. ;) ;) Thanks for a great meal! Will be back soon!

They said they don't make reservations for that amount of people. So I'm guessing they only take reservations for larger parties of people. We arrive at 7:35pm. The hostess said the wait would be about 20mins. She said to check back around 8pm for our table. We were seated at 8pm, but she seemed to forgot about us, becasue the table was opened the whole time we were there. We started off with the appetizer sampler which was 5 wings, 2 clam cakes, and 2 potato skins. The appitizer was good, the wings were a bit dry. We also got the shrimp tostada, meatball, and burger as out main dishes. The shrimp tostada was disgusting. It was a fried flour tortilla served with wilted lettuce and shrimp drowned in mayo. It was basically unedible. The meatball was okay, it was not what we expected though. It was a giant meatball served with a huge piece of butter in between it. The burger was the only thing that was great. It was cooked medium rare, and was huge. The fries were soft. We would not come here again. If you happen to come here, get the burger or pastas they lookd good. Stay away from the shrimp tostada.

Beautiful location with bay views and the marina. On a Sunday afternoon, looked mainly like regulars coming in around noon. The lobsters and clams were excellent as was the service. The menu was varied for a Sunday Brunch/Lunch and a great value compared to other restaurants of its location type and customer base. Afterwards, we walked about 200 yards to watch the folks fishing off the rocks both into the Bay and the Ocean.

Five of us walked in and were told that the outside patio was full. However, we were lucky enough to get the only indoor table left. Looking over the menu, we started with a handful of appetizers to share. The dozen Raw Topneck Clams were clean and briny, just how I like them. Fried Calamari was excellent too, crispy and super tender. The Grilled Peach & Burrata was good, but the peach could have been sweeter. Unfortunately, the New England Clam Chowder was too salty and smoky from the bacon. It covered much of the clam flavor that I was looking for. Still decent. However, the Crab Cakes taste more like potato croquettes. These were really bad. Skip! As for the entrees, we were all very impressed with the House Burger. Talk about a perfectly medium rare cooked thick beef patty, nicely charred and juicy. The Pan Seared Scallops with a lobster corn salad was delightful. Lastly, the Vegan Rosa Tagliatelle had a robust garlicky tomato sauce, although we didn't really taste any cashew. Located in by the water with such a gorgeous backdrop, I guess the high prices were expected, and the portion sizes are not bad. Service was friendly when available, but somewhat absent at times. Regardless, I would be satisfied with a meal here whenever I'm back in Hampton Bay.

Dockers $99 all-you-can-eat Lobster Night feels illegal to know about, but it's real ...AND it's…read morenot only lobster you'll get for that price at this insane buffet. Every Monday night, Dockers runs an all-you-can-eat buffet that includes a lobster station, raw bar, appetizers and entrees. Yes, you read that right. You can eat oysters and clams on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, mussels, salmon, a variety of salads, ribs, meatballs, and a variety of other dishes -- as many of them as you can stomach -- for just $99. Not only is this an insane deal, but all of the food was fresh and delicious. Where they make their money back is on drinks, though. I had thought there was also a happy hour going on Monday nights (understandably, there's not). We ordered off a limited cocktail menu that had a few options for lobster night. My coconut margarita was honestly delicious, so I can only be so mad that it cost me $23. Even middle shelf mixed drinks are setting you back $17 (but again, the food. Unlimited lobster. $99 for all of the seafood you can eat.) After we grabbed drinks at the bar we walked around the property to take a little tour. It's huge here, with views that would've been stunning if it wasn't such a cold and overcast day. We sat down for dinner and were greeted by our waitress Amber, who explained that we could go up as many times as we want for food without issue. Verbatim told us "you can eat 8 lobsters if you want," so we took this as a challenge. I'm a little ashamed to say I only ate 1 1/2 lobsters. I got distracted by side quests like the raw bar (I housed several plates of raw oysters, clams, and shrimp cocktail) along with mussels, ribs and a meat ball. This deal also included a dessert -- a bread pudding they bring out at the end that's packed with cinnamon and extremely delicious. All in all, I definitely ate my money's worth, but if I had to do it again (and I sure will be back), I might honestly start with the lobster and then go to the raw bar afterwards to make sure I get my fill.

The setup made it nearly impossible to perform comfortably -- a cramped stage, servers constantly pushing through the dance floor mid-set, and no space for the band to sit or regroup between sets. On top of that, even basic requests like accommodating a clearly stated food allergy were repeatedly ignored. They wanted me to play guitar, but they didn't care if I got sick just to eat food. For a place that clearly had the resources, there was very little regard for the musicians providing the entertainment. I hope things have changed, but based on my experience, and seeing that Larry is still the owner, I'm sure it hasn't. This was a difficult and disrespectful place to work.
