They provided only one small tray of salad, which ran out in the first 20 minutes -- with no refills, no backup, and no dressing (they claimed it was already "on it"). What really frustrated me was the lack of transparency. The company's website shows a large professional grill under the Deluxe Package -- that's NOT what they bring. When I questioned it afterward, they pointed to a line on the invoice that said "electrical outlets needed." I assumed that was for warming trays or fries -- not for cooking everything on a tiny portable Blackstone-style grill. I truly regret not sending them away and just ordering trays of food myself. I paid a lot of money for gross food, poor service, and an embarrassing experience for my guests. On a positive note, we also had the Crepes and Pizza at the party -- and their food was absolutely delicious. If you're planning an event, skip Better Burger LI and go with someone who delivers what they promise.
