Nappi's is another one of Long Islands favorites. Parking was easy, but I think everyone had the same idea to go out for breakfast this morning! Welcomed at the door with smiles and coffee pots ready to be poured. We were sat immediately and felt like we belonged. We decided on Bloody Mary's instead of coffee and they really hit the spot. I had the poor man's steak and eggs. MJ had the Hot to Tot. Perfect comfort food. Comfortably warm inside and although busy, not too noisy. Our waitress made the experience even better. This is a local restaurant with a locals feeling.

Outstanding breakfast, comfort food. Their menu and daily specials make it hard to pick a dish and you really cannot go wrong with anything you order. The restaurant is a bit on the small side and does not take reservations so prepare yourself for a wait, especially around peak brunch time. But this place is 100% worth the wait. Highly recommend trying any of their lattes and a stack of their pancakes

We came here on a Friday during school break, parking lot was packed but were were able to be accommodated with four adults and a high chair in less than 15 minutes. What a win! They also had buzzers available if we wanted to wait in the car. Service was fast and impeccable. On the outside it may seem like a regular old diner but the decor and menu inside were up to date and beautifully decorated for winter. Zero complaints on food, I even asked for something that was not on the menu and they were able to put it together for me ... kind of basic but it was a BLT, fries and side of chickpeas. Chefs kiss. I was also able to taste the 3-biscuits with chicken, gravy and hint of maple syrup also delightful. I may have also asked for bite of the triple decker grilled cheese, loaded with meat and cheese the combo was fabulous. The baby and dad picked on an enormous plate of short rib Mac and cheese with bacon. Enough to bring home and snack on later. They had a variety of seasonal drinks on a separate menu, I saw one topped with cream and short bread cookie, the recipient did not look disappointed. Can't wait to go back and try some more of their creative menu.

Decided to try this place for breakfast for the first time. Had the garden omelet with toast potatoes. Hubby ordered French toast with sausage. Coffee was ok and had to ask for a refill. The vegetables in the omelet tasted kind of old, not the freshest so I was a bit disappointed. The potatoes were nice and crispy. Service was very friendly.

Massive Pancakes! They were so fluffy too. Be prepared to bring your biggest eater with you to tackle the pancakes. I would split a pancake dish if you don't eat a ton. Service was really awesome. It feels like a small town eatery, with the waitstaff being very friendly and helpful. Whatever they're doing with the hiring, keep that up! A bit disappointed by the avocado toast. I think it says it's an avocado spread instead of being a fresh avocado prepared on demand. The salsa or pico (maybe), was disappointing too. I don't care for the french fries they use either. I'm a fan of shoestring, steak fries, crinkle... literally anything not these fries. That's a personal preference I know. The place is pretty large inside, and it feels like they could squeeze in twice the number of tables.. but they don't! That's awesome for patrons, who aren't seated on top of each of other at most places. It's pretty roomy and there's even counter seating. Love this place. The menu is pretty large and you can get breakfast or lunch foods. This is absolutely a weekend staple place. I could see myself coming every weekend for a great brunch. With all the menu variety, you will have trouble picking just one thing. They even seem to have specialty coffee drinks and other fun things besides coffee and juice. I saw many tables with more fun drinks. I just like a good coffee in the morning, but it did have me curious. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were so attentive and friendly. Food came out quickly and accurately. This is a must-visit spot!

Heaven, chocolate explosion, deliciousness! Oh, golly jee this place was soooooo good! I felt like a baby elephant walking for the first time! The Nutella in my mouth was indescribable! I walked into the restaurant, hoping for some nice food and nice food I got! We got seated by the waiter and we ordered some drink which were oh so tastaliciously delicious! I got some chocolate milk and my husband Harold did too! Who said some old folks couldn't get some chocolate milk too! Haha! Our waiter was very kind to us. A kind of kind I've never imagined before. For my meal, I got stuffed Nutella pancakes with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas along with some home fries. The wait wasn't too long either. It was quite quick indeed. When the pancakes came out, I felt like I was going to faint. I swear, I almost fell out of my chair! The pancakes were COLOSSAL. They were bigger than my face! I took a big bite before the waiter even left the table. I was that excited! I was drooling, hands in the air, swaying around. I felt like a million dollars. The Nutella was thick, creamy, and luscious and the strawberries were fresh and the bananas were so tasty! They also added some additional raspberry syrup, which was awfully kind of them . My home fries were extra crispy just the way I like it! I swear, I almost started dancing on the table, hips swaying , and everything! The food was just that DELICIOUS!!!!!! The ambience was very cozy indeed. The walls were made out of fake wood tiles and the booths were black making a very cozy cabin vibe. The lights were like fairy lights and I love fairy lights too! Who doesn't love some fairy nights! The floors were swept clean, and the tables were shiny as palace walls! There were also signs up on the walls making this place very decorative! Overall, going to Nappi's Nook was a great experience and I had a gay old time there with my husband Harold. The food and drinks were just magnificent and my servers were so so so kind. The unimaginable atmosphere was just marvelous and I felt so cozy and comfortable in this restaurant. Therefore, this place is a must and I 100% DO RECOMMEND!!!!!

Such a delicious spot for breakfast and coffee! The pancakes are a great thickness and so fluffy with great flavor. Coffees are great, and they have fun season options! Cute ambiance - photo op spots, and lots of natural lighting. Small restaurant, but the tables turn over rather quickly. Service is great! Family owned and they take care of their customers

While I was in New York for the weekend, my dad and I decided to stop by Nappi's Nook, small breakfast spot in the neighborhood. When we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and gave that family feel welcome. I loved the decor, the photo op area in the corner and though the space is smaller, the way it was laid out made it feel bigger than it was. We sat immediately, and our server came over quick. I ordered a cold brew and my dad got a coffee. For meals, I had 2 eggs with cheese and bacon on a croissant served with breakfast potatoes. My dad went with a simple, yet satisfying meal, 2 eggs over easy with sausage and potatoes. They did not disappoint! I love a simple breakfast sandwich, and the croissant was perfectly toasted. I would've eaten all the potatoes but was definitely stuffed. They were soft but crispy. I'd absolutely come back here when I'm visiting my family again!

I must admit. I only heard of this place recently and it's really not mentioned much. Well of course we tried it and love it. The first thing that caught my attention was the Pancake Challenge. 4 pancakes for $18 has to be eaten in 18 mins and no sharing. If you complete the challenge the price of the pancakes are on them. We didn't do the challenge but we did indulge in some blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were very thick and fluffy and flavorful. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. Denise was our waitress, she was awesome. Since it was our first time she explained all the popular items on the menu. I ordered The Biscuits and Gravy. This wasn't your ordinary Biscuits and Gravy they actually had chicken tenders inside the biscuits with of course the southern sausage gravy and maple bourbon syrup with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. I have never tasted anything like this and of course in New York it's so hard to find a decent southern biscuits and gravy breakfast. So far this one has been the best I have tried. It's very fulling and you don't need any sides to accommodate it. I will definitely eat here again to explore more of the menu.

If you're out east shopping or thrifting, this is a great spot for lunch or brunch. It is located in a small shopping strip with limited parking. There is bar, table, and bench seating. Good size portions and food was delish. They also cater as well. Service was friendly and efficient. There is a 4% cash discount and the menu reflects the credit card price. Definitely recommend!

Been here a few times now and this place never disappoints. I love the atmosphere and good vibes from the place. The service is excellent. The food well it's phenomenal. This time I had one of their specials and their special seasonal pumpkin iced latte. Overall, lovely experience and I am sure to be back many more times.

Our weekly weekend brunch at the greatest! Never miss a week at Nappi's Nook. The staff and owners of Nappi's are some of the genuinely nicest people I've met. The food is always a 10/10 and it's impossible to go home hungry. Hands down the best brunch spot on long island. Great drink options too - well worth any wait.

Service was good overall--friendly and attentive. We ordered the carrot cake French toast, and it was honestly delicious. It leaned more toward dessert than breakfast--very rich, sweet, and a huge portion. Definitely something you could share, because finishing it solo is no small task. Also tried the bangers omelette, which was a bit of a mixed experience. The omelette itself was excellent--plenty of sausage, and the caramelized onions with Irish cheddar were a great combination. Really flavorful and well done. Came with homemade rye, awesome. That said, I wasn't happy with the home fries. I had asked for them to be well done, but they came out undercooked anyway. I did mention it to the server but nothing came of it, which was a little disappointing. The home fries also included a mix of what looked like russet and sweet potatoes--I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes at all! I wish that had been noted on the menu. On a positive note, the fresh-squeezed strawberry lemon mimosa carafe was very good, and at $28 it felt like a fair price. Overall, a solid spot with some standout items, but a few small misses from my experience. I'd still come back, just with a better idea of what's on the menu.
