    My choice of breakfast!

We went for brunch and we enjoyed our experience. Parking on the street if you are lucky enough to find a spot, if not you can pay for parking in garage, still within walking distance to restaurant. Busy establishment, but we had used their waiting list option. Open floor plan with booths and tables. We did notice they can put tables together for larger groups. We decided on Bloody Mary's for our beverages. One with Vodka and one with Tequila " Bloody Maria" both very good. I had the three Ring Circus. Eggs, pancakes and sausage. MJ had the blueberry French toast with Bacon, yummy. Service was good, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add an air curtain at the entrance to stop the cold from entering the dining area.

Update: I came back to this location in December and had another great experience! I'm a big fan of eggnog, so the eggnog latte hit the spot! Also, I enjoyed the millionaires sandwich. Big size sandwich and had a sweet yet savory flavor.

Kickin' things off here it seems with the first review for this new Ronkonkoma Toast spot! And there's no better way than to say we've got a five star review on our hands (made up of two recent visits). I mean they'd have to be ones that just happened because Toast has only been open a few weeks now, but it fits in perfectly amongst the needs of Station Yards. Being in said Yards, the interior of Toast takes a page from its neighbor ("This is the Train to Ronkonkoma") and has subtle nods to locomotives and the like. There's plenty of tables too with regular seating as well as booths. I sat in each type and both were enjoyable experiences. The same can be said for the staff with the trips having friendly and personable people to interact with. Though as always, you want the food to be enjoyably edible and that was definitely the case at Toast. Their menu is pretty vast with a full page of breakfast and one for lunch along with specials to be had as well. My coffee option on my first breakfast trip consisted of the Dubai chocolate shaken espresso which maybe wasn't as Dubai-ish as I had hoped, but it was still quite tasty. Pairing with that was the Huevos Migas omelet which had chorizo sausage, tomato, onion, green peppers, and jalapeño havarti cheese. Wow! I loved that the chorizo was crumbled in and with the zing of havarti that omelet was an instant winner. So were the home fries (they almost stole the show). On my more recent second trip, it was an afternoon meal and so I flipped the menu over and tried out the land of lunch options instead. All winners on this side starting with a blueberry lemonade which was perfectly sweet and tart followed by the Toast House Salad which had grilled chicken, sliced green apple, red onion, candied walnuts, and Gorgonzola. Dang was it a well-made salad with all the ingredients really chopped up and mixed together nicely. Quick shoutout to the thinly sliced chicken on top that was super tender. Yum yum yum. Overall, Toast at Station Yards has hit the ground running (or chugging if we want to go with a train pun). Their food is superb, they have a nice staff, and the interior is fun. I'll be back at Toast soon...real soon. It's just a hop and skip (no jump needed) away from my home which means it'll be easy to continue to get five star experiences. Can't wait!

Food quality was just fine not stellar. I deliberately sat at the bar thinking I'd get more attentive service. I was wrong. My service was subpar. My coffee cup sat empty throughout my meal and I was never offered water. I would have asked for something but the server was AWOL. I left disappointed not sure if I'll give it another chance.

From the minute we entered till we left service was extraordinary. Our server Alexandra G. was extremely patient with us and able to handle our group of 8 seniors out for brunch. The food was delicious and coffee the best. We have been to the Toast in Patchogue which is very loud causing it to hard to hear those talking at your table. This Toast in Ronkonkoma was set up much better and we were able to hear each other when we talked. There is 3 hour free parking in the garbage by Toast.

My wife and I love Toast Coffee + Kitchen. They've got a great menu full of wonderful brunch food & drink options. Their seasonal specials are always creative and tasty. We love their flavors of coffee. The Vermont Maple Crunch and Cinnamon Hazelnut are our favorites. They've got some good boozy brunch options too. You can't go wrong ordering anything off their menu and they've got a lot of vegan and vegetarian alternatives, so everyone in your group can eat comfortably! The atmosphere at the Stations Yard location is great and the staff have always been friendly. This place can definitely get busy on the weekend, but it's busy for a reason and worth the wait.

Eclectic, cool vibe, great food, good service. This was my first time at the new Station Yards location , the food and vice are the same as the order locations but the service is having some growing pains. Very good accessibility. I can recommend this location

I went to this new location of Toast early on a weekend morning. There was plenty of seating and everyone was friendly and efficient. The seating areas were comfortable and clean and it was easy to place our orders. The food was fun and flavorful. I would recommend coming here for breakfast or brunch. One thing that was a bit strange was when I entered the bathroom the lights came on as I walked in. After washing my hands and turning to head back to the table I noticed there was an individual in the other stall. This was strange because no one came in after I entered, so that means they had either been in there all night, or had been in there an extended period of time. So long that the motion lights went out. It was a bit disconcerting and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Regardless of the bathroom experience, everything else was good and I would return. However next time I will be going to the bathroom with company.

After I mentioned it was my first time, he suggested ordering from the kiosk since it's much easier to browse the full menu there than trying to read the menu board. It definitely made the whole ordering process a lot easier. I went with the cinnamon bun iced latte, and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and didn't taste artificial. For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. Friendly service, quality coffee, and fresh food are a winning combination. Safe to say Roller Coasta Coffee just earned a spot in my regular rotation!

I ordered the Olas bowl which was Banana blend topped with blueberry flax granola, banana, blueberry, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and almond butter. It was heavenly! It was so delicious and had the perfect balance of everything. Customer service was decent. I was greeted right away and the girl behind the counter was friendly. Tip- if you're using Apple Maps, it will say "you arrived" as soon as you pull into Station Yards. Just be aware that it's located on the LEFT, and not on the right as the GPS states. Yumm!

Why hasn't this Ronkonkoma Playa Bowls place gotten any reviews yet? Well hey, I'm happy to start…read morethings off and throw them the five stars they deserve. I mean I've already been here at this aesthetically beachy location at least five times and at this point it's easy to see they are legit in their bowl making abilities (and then some!). Now what is a playa bowl? Well maybe you're more familiar with SoBol açaí bowls, a company that originated on Long Island and has a location all over the place at this point. I do love me some SoBol, but oh does Playa (a New Jersey originator) take the idea of açaí and blows it up! This is really seen across their massive menu with not just açaí and pitaya bowls available, but also mango, green, oatmeal, coconut, and banana bowl bases as options. Woah. My wife has already become a true fan of the mango bowls while for myself, I've also enjoyed those, but I truly love the banana bowl bases. Yum. Playa Bowls is more than just a bowl spot though as they also boast a nice list of smoothies that are just as legit. Case in point: the orange power smoothie (orange, vanilla protein, pineapple, coconut milk) is your summer time necessity. Fruity, creamy, and delicious. What's also pretty darn tasty is their Playa cold brew. Boasting chicory coffee concentrate (something you often only find in New Orleans), Playa Bowls brews up a formidable (and icy) cup of joe. Just as important to all of this is the friendly staff and reward system/app that is used here. Though a mostly younger group of employees, they seem to dole out your order at a reasonable speed and I've yet to have any issues when ordering through that aforementioned app. The app compiles rewards and also gives you special offers which just adds to the greatness of Playa. Overall, I'm sorry to say that as good as SoBol is, Playa is just a better. It's tough to beat so many bowl bases that are equally delicious and when you throw in the smoothies, coffee, and plenty of rewards via the app, I just need to get down on the ground and start bowing to the bowls. Playa bowls, that is. Now hopefully this one five star review will get the juices flowing for others to come and experience the tastiness found here in this Ronkonkoma spot.

The artwork on the walls adds a personal touch and gives the café a relaxed, inspiring vibe. It's the kind of place that makes you want to open your laptop, sip your drink, and settle in for a productive afternoon. I ordered the sugar-free brown sugar latte, and it was absolutely fantastic. It had just the right balance of rich espresso flavor and smooth sweetness...not overly sugary, but still comforting and flavorful. You can tell they really care about the quality of their drinks here. The fact that they offer sugar-free options is such a thoughtful touch for those who want to enjoy something indulgent without all the sugar. They also offer dairy free alternatives. They also have a great selection of baked goods and pastries to go along with your coffee...everything from muffins and cookies to croissants and other treats that pair perfectly with their lattes and teas. It's nice to have something fresh and tasty on the side, especially if you're stopping in for breakfast or a mid-day snack. One of the things I love most about Sweetwaters is the seasonal menu. They have creative fall drinks that bring all the cozy flavors of the season; perfect for chilly mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups. It's clear the staff takes pride in keeping the menu interesting and fresh. The staff themselves deserve a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind. You can tell they enjoy being there, which adds so much to the overall experience. The music was also a fun surprise...hearing "The Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Show while sipping my latte definitely made me smile, and the rest of the playlist kept the energy light and enjoyable without being distracting. Another bonus: there's a drive-thru, which makes it super convenient for busy mornings when you want great coffee without leaving your car. I thought it would be dead, but to my surprise it was still pretty busy! Its a small little place, but still a few options to sit down and eat or just sip your java. Bonus points for excellent music choice, very indie singer/songwriter style that made for a nice relaxing atmosphere. Starting with the reason you're probably going here, the coffee. I got a peanut butter latte, and my girlfriend got one of their winter seasonal choices in the ginger bread latte. both served hot. The PB was very smooth and lightly sweet, but the ginger bread one in my opinion takes home the trophy this time. As for lunch we did their sandwich/wrap and a salad combo, which as far as I am concerned is the best deal I've ever seen, Panera eat your heart out. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with a side caesar salad, and my girlfriend got the fig & brie sandwich, with a side peach and avocado salad. The buffalo wrap was nice and light with grilled chicken and a buffalo sauce that seemed almost more like a vinaigrette and the caesar was about as classic as it gets. The fig and brie was an unexpected plus for me and eats almost like a caprese sandwich, while the peach and avocado salad was super fresh, fruit in salad doesn't quite do it for me personally, so we split the trophy for our lunches. My only "major" downside is that the food is served on wooden paddles, I personally like a plate, but that is more of me just being a nit-picker more than anything else. Parking is pretty ample with spots both in the front and the back of the attached lot, but be careful when you're pulling up the first time, you're bound to miss it, I know I almost did!
