They had tasty vegetarian options both the Spicy Green Curry Veggie Ham and Claypot Braised Veggie Fish tasted great! I like that it's not just tofu. However the portion size is a bit small for the price. $15 for a lunch for a small adult with no leftovers.
I really liked the phin coffee here! It's a bit of a drive from Redmond but if you're in the area they have innovative drinks and safe ones and some really tasty looking banh mis. I only tried two of the phin drinks (the coco and cinnamon ones) and both were very tasty and strong. They are takeout only, so just keep that in mind. They were busy when I came, so be prepared for a bit of a line if you go during peak hours. I'd suggest going on a sunny day and walking around the block and seeing the vintage store afterwards. Service was friendly and prompt.
Heard of this place while in the area, ordered the Thai iced tea, 2x ginger chicken banh mi's. This shop is a stand, it's very small and it is not dine in. There's benches outside thankfully. The staff were super nice and friendly. The best part surprisingly enough was their Thai Tea. The tea was so strong and not so sugary. The Banh Mi's were good but I do wish they had more veggies + sauce. The chicken had a very very strong ginger taste which was amazing. I only give it 4/5 for the parking situation. Had to pay $4 parking for 20 mins, due to being wary of the towing system in Seattle.
The Iced Cinnamon Phin Latte with ice and non-dairy is my go-to! It's perfectly balanced, refreshing, and has just the right amount of cinnamon. Definitely a must-try!

This place is quite a hole in the wall, and is located in the Georgetown neighborhood very close to Airport Way, which really gets busy in the morning and peak hours. There's no public restroom nor dedicated interior here; just several outdoor tables, and you order your stuff through their window. Menu mostly consists of both phin-dripped coffee and banh mi sandwiches of various kinds. One of my closest friends enjoys coming here every once in a while to enjoy both their coffee and banh mi. From a previous visit here around 2023 with friends, I do consider their banh mi sandwiches as one of the best in the Seattle area, and they need more recognition for it. This time I only got coffee for both me and my sis. Servers were really happy to tell me what's in each kind of coffee I asked about, their own recommendations, and how I wanted each coffee (hot/cold, whole/oat milk, etc.). They were also very accommodating when I wanted to suddenly switch from iced to hot coffee for both drinks since it was cold, wet and rainy outside. I got the pho spice latte for myself, and the da lat fog for my sis. Both drinks were really tasty and I enjoyed them: - In particular, the pho spice latte has some of the ingredients in regular pho broth like star anise and cinnamon, along with cardamom and fennel. It had such a strong citrusy fragrance when I was drinking it, and had that recognizable hint of pho broth. The espresso still stands out, and drink was perfectly balanced with the strong cinnamon. - My sis's da lat fog also had a strong cinnamon taste and aftertaste but without the stronger coffee caffeine. Oolong tea aroma is apparent, and the drink had a nice, sweet and vanilla taste to it. It's different from a London fog which has earl grey tea instead, so this one was a unique take on it. On a warmer day, I can see myself coming back for their banh mi sandwiches yet again, while having their coffee on the side as well. This is a place I'd put on my list to make sure family, friends and visitors have at least once!

My husband and I are in love with this place! I think we've visited this cafe about 5 times in the last few weeks. We've ordered/tried almost all of their drinks and have tried 4 of their sandwiches. My fave drinks are the read boat latte and the bac xiu. Their extra strong ca phe sua da is exactly what you need if you're sleep deprived or just need that extra extra boost! We loved all the sandwiches we've tried so far: ginger chicken, pork sausage patty, red curry shrimp, and cold cut special. The staff are always nice and friendly sly and open to suggestions. On weekends, I love how the tables are out so you can hang out a bit while eating your sandwich or just enjoying your drinks. We have a few more drinks and sandwiches to try so we'll be back soon!

We came to sample the bahn mi that had been praised in the Seattle Times, and it did not disappoint, for the most part. The baguette was perfect in texture and flavor - not too soft or too crunchy. The sausage patty was nicely seasoned and the veggies were crisp. If there was a negative, I felt there was a lack of heat from the jalapeños (were they hiding in there at all, or so pickled to lose their spiciness?). Service was great and the space is super cute (walk-up only). I'd definitely go back when in the Georgetown neighborhood.

The chicken was tender, the bread was the perfect crunchy consistency, and the vegetables were marinated perfectly. The coffee is amazing. I got the coconut rum latte and it honestly was one of the best lattes I've had in a long time. No alcohol, but still intoxicating. (See what I did there) Customer service... Perfect as well. Very friendly and super patient as I stared at the menu trying to figure out what I want. They don't have pup cups, but if you go with your pup, they do have treats on deck. My pup and I will definitely be returning.

Great hole in the wall spot for the best Vietnamese grab and go food. They have an extensive selection of banh mi sandwiches (pro tip - try a mini version so you can have tool to sample other items). I had the pork patty banh mi in the mini size along with a shrimp spring roll. The sandwich bread was perfect - crunchy on the outside, chewy within and the fillings were perfectly balanced and fresh. The spring roll was huge and super tasty as well. Next time I'll try one of their coffee drinks. Service was super friendly and quick. Be aware that food here is strictly for take out. I took mine to nearby Georgetown Brewery for a pairing with a chocolate stout. Happy tummy indeed.

Lately my hyperfixation has been banh mis and I've been having banh mis from different spots for what seems like every meal these days.. voi ca phe has been on my radar for some time, as they seemed like a more modern take on Vietnamese café foods. I tried their lemon grass tilapia sandwich, keeping in theme with trying something slightly new. I would actually get this protein for future banh mis if it was more prevalent! Flavor wise i was left wanting a bit more but I'm a fan of how they don't go overboard with sauces. They cook it to order so this takes 8-10 min! Their drink menu seemed pretty creative as well. Came specifically for the pandan tofu latte. It was just okay. Leans more soy milk than pandan, which is honestly a Seattle-wide epidemic at this point. Teazzi does tofu jelly better. Plot twist: the pork sausage patty bánh mì stole the show. If this sandwich ran for office I'd vote for it. It's carrying this five star rating on its back. Heads up: odd location, very limited seating. I ate in my car. Come for the latte if you want, but i would stay for the bánh mì. read more

Cute little shop. Parked around the corner. Limited parking but we were able to find a street spot. No seating here so takeout only. Not a big deal for bahn mi's though. They have a number of bahn mi options. they also have vietnamese iced coffee which is always strong and good. Pork Sausage (4): Pretty tasty. The pork sausage was good and the bread was fresh. I think those things are what make a bahn mi good. The veggies were fresh as well and the whole sandwich was tasty. Since they didn't have any seating, I took the sandwich down the street to a brewery and ate it there with a beer. This area is nice to walk around with small random shops to explore. If I was in the area, I'd come back and grab another sandwich. read more

I had a great time visiting voi ca phe! I tried the coffee with condensed milk and the pork sausage patty banh mi. The banh mi was really good! The "mini" size is truly mini (see photo), so I recommend getting the full portion if you want more than just a snack. The coffee was not the best - I couldn't really taste the coffee since it was being over powered by condensed milk and ice so the whole thing was just kind of watered down. The two girls working the cafe were really friendly and made the order very fast! There is no indoor seating, only outdoor seating. Great place to eat and watch the trains and planes pass close by! I enjoyed sitting outside, but the lack of shaded options meant that we couldn't stay too long. read more

Voi Cà Phê is the best Viet coffee and banh mi I have tried in Seattle. The family that owns the coffee shop also used to run a cafe in Saigon. Here are some favorites: * Nem Nướng Hà Nội bánh mì: My favorite dish here. I believe the pork sausage patty is homemade. The bánh mì always comes out perfectly no matter which sandwich you order. * Cà Phê Sữa Đá: You can tell how good a Viet coffee spot is based on this coffee drink, and it's perfext. * Phở Bò bánh mì: Very unique as you can't find it anywhere else. * Gà Viên Nướng bánh mì * Đặc Biệt bánh mì The Phở Spice Latte was interesting and tastes just like phở, but I prefer the signature cà phê sữa đá. I usually just get the mini version of the bánh mì as it is a sufficient portion. They have a small takeout window that you can order from, and the staff is always super nice. They also support sustainable practices. read more
I loved the vegetarian and separate vegan options for the sandwiches. The vegetarian one was excellent! I would have probably added jalapeños in retrospect as it doesn't come standard on all of them but it was very good. My partner also liked the most popular pork patty one. I also love that you can get a full Demi baguette or a cute little mini (or two?). The drinks were all unique and delicious too. The service was polite and helpful with giving recommendations and ideas. read more

I got hooked the minute I heard "Pho Spice Latte" Service: The person who took our order was friendly and helpful - answering all our menu questions cheerfully. Ambiance: You're served your coffee and food out from the window. However, the kitchen space inside looked clean and spacious. Drink (5/5): I was recommended the Pho Spice Latte by my cousin who lives in the area and it definitely didn't disappoint. It was super interesting how the Pho flavors blended so well with the coffee. It felt like with every sip, I got a more intense Pho taste which was pleasant. If you're looking for something unique to try, go grab the Pho Spice Latte at Voi Ca Phe! It'll make your brain and taste buds dazed. read more

Coffee is absolutely delicious! Recently discovered it and have been back 3 times in the last 2 weeks! I love their iced coco phin latte and their pork sausage banh mi the best. Ordered a pork patty banh mi with pate earlier today. Sad to say, but the bread was dry and hard. Pork patty was grey and pink and did not look appetizing. Flavor wise, it was good, but the look turned me off. Also, the carrots were only on the opening of the bread and fell out when I was taking it out of the bag. Maybe the coffee is better. I'll be back to try that and maybe I can update my review then. read more

After the flea market, we stopped by here for a quick bite and we are not disappointed! You order at the window, the person serving us was very nice, and there's 3 outdoor tables, otherwise it's mostly just a grab and go place. We got the Coconut Curry Tofu banh mi and the Cold Cut banh mi, and both were solid. Delicious and well seasoned. If it matters, my partner is vietnamese and we have a lot of banh mis, so I hope us saying a banh mi is good is a credible source. Anyways, this place is definitely a go to now, and I recommend you go too! The iced vietnamese coffee was Very very strong! As per usual though. Sweet but definitely more coffee-centric. I wanted to try their Pho Spiced Latte but I wasn't feeling very adventurous today. I'll definitely be coming back at some point! read more
A cute little walk up Vietnamese coffee bar in Georgetown! I can tell they've curated a selection of Vietnamese coffee beans and also I saw they donate some of their proceeds to elephant conservation which I love when businesses can do this. For my drink today, I've ordered the pho spice latte iced which wasn't really my favorite. But I think the licorice taste from the star anise spice they use is probably why I didn't like it. However I'd recommend giving it a try if you like licorice flavors or want to venture to try something new! I'll probably just give their classic cafe sua da a try next time around. I've also tried their cinnamon latte before and I enjoyed that one quite a bit! There isn't seating inside but they have set up some tables and chairs outside on their patio. So not really a place to work or anything but certainly if you're walking around this part of town (or going to the Georgetown flea market) it's a good walk up coffee spot that differs from your standard coffee place! read more

One of my new favorite coffee spots in SoDo. It's a walk up window style cafe serving delicious Vietnamese coffee and sandwiches. I loved the simplicity of the cafe design and concept. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a good amount of free 1 hour street parking spaces available in front of the cafe. My favorite items we ordered were the Bạc Xỉu - Iced Coco Phin Latte and the Nem Nướng Hà Nội - Pork Sausage Patty Banh Mi. Looking forward to trying their Tofu Pudding Latte and pastries next time! read more

That is one good pork banh mi. It's not perfect, but it's very tasty. The bread is great, a fresh true baguette with a nice crunchy crust...no notes. The pork sausage is quite good, but fails to reach its potential due to lack of sufficient charring. You can't blame the sausage, it's just poor parenting. Or chefing. Whatever. The good news is that it's an easily solvable problem! I'm going to start requesting it crispy, but I'm not waiting until then to finish this review, so let's just assume assume it was a marvelous choice and you should order it that way too. The sauce is really good, quite rich and almost tastes like it contains pâté (as any honest-to-Hanoi banh mi should), although I don't think it actually does. At least the menu doesn't mention it anywhere. I like it, but the sandwich could use just a bit less of it. And more jalapeños. Ok: well-done sausage, light on the sauce, extra jalapeño. That's the order. Lock it in. The Vietnamese coffee (with condensed milk) is also excellent. Legitimately tastes like some of the better vendors in northern Vietnam. If you're not familiar, it's an intense sip - in both the sweet and strong categories. A 12oz will probably be plenty for the uninitiated. If you know you love yourself a good Vietnamese coffee, you'll probably want the big boi because it is real damn good. Also makes it a great spot for those who tend to get sleepy after lunch. I was excited to try this takeout window, but unfortunately found high prices for almost insultingly-small amounts of mediocre food. I got the Pho Spice Beef bahn mi, the "mini" version. I think it's the smallest sandwich I've ever seen, yet cost $12 after tax. I thought the taste was average, not great. It mostly tasted like plain vegetables and meat, there didn't seem to be much of the additional spreads/sauces that are supposed to be on it. I also got the Iced Phin Coffee with Condensed Milk, 12oz. This tasted decent, but for some reason they used a milk frother to make it (which I'm fairly certain is not standard), so it was basically like 9oz of actual coffee whipped up to fill 3oz with foam. read more

Tried the pho spice latte. You can taste the star anise in the coffee. It's a bit on the weird side for me but not horrible. If you don't like pho, it's prob not a good idea to try this, especially first thing in the morning when you're expecting that coffee to wake you up and smell that fresh brew. read more
Finally visited had a give away to collect on before the end of the day. I went with a bac siu usually what I'll get when trying a new Vietnamese coffee place for the first time. Also picked up a regular latte for my dad. Haven't tried their Banh Mi yet but it's the coffee I've heard great things about. You can tell by watching the care they put into the preparation. Vey small space enough room to place an order and the you wait outside for your beverage or banh me and they bring it out to you. Staff was friendly and very aware of who placed what order. Bac Siu was well balanced really enjoyed flavor. read more

Quaint little Vietnamese coffee shop located within Georgetown. I've popped in a few times now and always have been greeted with a friendly welcome. I've tried their regular Vietnamese iced coffees and have tried their Cà Phê Quế. I really liked their drinks, as it keeps true to its Vietnamese roots leaving a rich and flavourful taste that is familiar to what I grew to love. Solid coffee for sure! I also tried their Banh Mi Đặc Biệt, which the sandwich itself tasted fine but when I ate it the bread was stiffer than what I usually am accustomed to for a banh mi. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an off-day, but that bread did make it hard to eat. Overall aside from the sandwich, everything else was really good! I'll surely pop by again whenever I am around. read more
