    **Review for Connor at Verizon** I am compelled to share my experience with Connor, the most deceitful, unprofessional, and rude salesman at Verizon. His behavior left me feeling threatened simply for expressing my concerns about customer service, and as a result, my husband and I are now considering switching to T-Mobile. We walked into the store as existing customers on November 13th to upgrade to the new iPhone 16s and requested a monthly quote. The manager assured us that Connor, a short salesman with a light complexion, would take good care of us. We were upfront about our budget and mentioned that if Verizon's prices were too high, we would be inclined to switch to T-Mobile, which was offering a much better deal. After receiving a quote, we initially chose to stay with Verizon, but then the negative experiences began: 1. **Discount Renewal**: We had to remind Connor to apply our teacher discount--he never asked or offered any assistance despite how important pricing was to us. 2. **Misinformation on Stock**: When it came time to upgrade, Connor claimed, "NO STORE HAS IPHONES IN STOCK." He insisted that no Verizon store keeps iPhones in stock to avoid backorders, leading us to believe we had no choice but to order them for shipment. We didn't check other stores, trusting him completely, which turned out to be a huge mistake. He LIED to make a sale. 3. **Delayed Shipment**: Connor guaranteed that our shipment would take a maximum of two days, but it took five. 4. **Missed Promotions**: He didn't mention any promotions, including the free Apple Watch with a new line purchase, which we later found out about at a different Verizon store in San Pedro. There, the saleswoman informed us that Connor had lied--there were plenty of iPhones in stock, and we could have had our phones that same night. We were furious. When our iPhones finally arrived, one had a broken seal. I called customer service, who said I could return it at the store for a full refund with no problems. When we went back, Connor was again our salesman and tried to charge us almost $80 in restocking fees for something that was not our fault. After explaining the situation, he spoke to his manager and offered an exchange for a fully sealed iPhone but refused to let us return it. When I expressed that I didn't want to wait for another shipment, he suddenly said, "oh now we have them in stock." How convenient! At this point, I turned to my husband and said, "that is the crappiest management I've ever seen." Connor abruptly stopped what he was doing and confronted me, saying, "OH WE ARE NOT GONNA GO THERE. I will not allow you to talk about my friend that way." He refused service to us and then walked away. His manager had to step in and finish the job!! He had the audacity to bud into my PRIVATE conversation with my husband, making it personal when I was only voicing my opinion about the management. The conversation was not ABOUT him nor WITH him. He then went off on my husband, who had been quiet the entire time, leading to a tense confrontation from my husband who put Connor back in his place immediately. Disgusting behavior and terrible manners. Zero professionalism. I am appalled by Connor's behavior and will be contacting the corporate office before making the switch to T-Mobile today. Connor has no business being in sales, and in my personal opinion, he should be FIRED for making things personal in a professional environment.

Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.

Nothing wrong with that, unless you go there for service where they basically have very little power to help if your issue is at the account level and you don't know they're not corporate unless they tell you. The staff are nice, but their youth betrays them and service was distracted. The manager didn't even seem interested in helping his own team and walked away while they asked him questions. I got a pre-paid SIM which was bought online and shipped to me. It wasn't working so I took it here because I was without any cell service which I needed for work. They told me they can't help at all with any prepaid accounts so they put me on their landline with AT&T to activate my phone number (unable to activate it online because it kept saying it "hit a snag" and to try again later - maybe that's why) and then they'd try to get it working. Unfortunately, once I was off the phone the person helping me went to lunch and never came out again so another associate told me to go to the corporate store on 182nd. At strike two, I was getting a little annoyed but I did as they asked. The awesome lady at that store was able to get me up and running. Turns out, prepaid is no longer supported at ANY southern CA store, corporate or otherwise, so DON'T buy it online. You'll have nothing but a headache trying to get it operating if it doesn't work out of the box. What's more, they had no record of my paying for the prepaid account so I had a balance. The account had turned into a post-pay unlimited account by itself and I owed them $75! I went ahead and paid and I got to keep my original number. I'm happy now, with much better coverage than I was getting with Verizon, but it was a long, patience-grating trip to get there!

He was incredibly patient while I shifted things around so he could reach the panel in my closet, and he also helped me update my SSID and password, which I really appreciated! The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.
