Shannon told me that I had to wait my turn. I told her I was number one in line and just waited 2 hours. She then started arguing with me and gave me a dirty look. I had to make it clear that I wasn't arguing because she was very hostile to me. There were also a few other employees who had just opened up, one staring down at paperwork not helping. There was no sense of urgency even though there was upwards of 20 people waiting.

Before even checking the portal on my phone or reviewing my account, she told me she didn't have the charger I needed and sent me to Five Below across the street. She also said she couldn't help me, even though these are 5G devices that were purchased from this store. I felt that no effort was made to assist me or find a solution. What happened to the days when managers like Ash went above and beyond to help customers? Employees like Ash made people want to come back because they took the time to listen, troubleshoot problems, and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today, and it was very disappointing.
