So Michiko helps me by making several calls and contacting the maker of my phone. She spent nearly a half hour resolving my dilemma. Eventually she was able to actually fix my phone herself (I was unable to even turn off my cell but somehow Michiko managed to power it down and get it to function again). Michiko is a stellar employee who went beyond the call of duty to help a customer she's never before met. I will gladly support J. Mobile, Inc. after my customer service experience at this business. There was a wait even at a less busy time, so I'd recommend reserving your spot in line before going (I think the My Verizon app lets you do that). Shannon told me that I had to wait my turn. I told her I was number one in line and just waited 2 hours. She then started arguing with me and gave me a dirty look. I had to make it clear that I wasn't arguing because she was very hostile to me. There were also a few other employees who had just opened up, one staring down at paperwork not helping. There was no sense of urgency even though there was upwards of 20 people waiting.
