Nothing wrong with that, unless you go there for service where they basically have very little power to help if your issue is at the account level and you don't know they're not corporate unless they tell you. The staff are nice, but their youth betrays them and service was distracted. The manager didn't even seem interested in helping his own team and walked away while they asked him questions. I got a pre-paid SIM which was bought online and shipped to me. It wasn't working so I took it here because I was without any cell service which I needed for work. They told me they can't help at all with any prepaid accounts so they put me on their landline with AT&T to activate my phone number (unable to activate it online because it kept saying it "hit a snag" and to try again later - maybe that's why) and then they'd try to get it working. Unfortunately, once I was off the phone the person helping me went to lunch and never came out again so another associate told me to go to the corporate store on 182nd. At strike two, I was getting a little annoyed but I did as they asked. The awesome lady at that store was able to get me up and running. Turns out, prepaid is no longer supported at ANY southern CA store, corporate or otherwise, so DON'T buy it online. You'll have nothing but a headache trying to get it operating if it doesn't work out of the box. What's more, they had no record of my paying for the prepaid account so I had a balance. The account had turned into a post-pay unlimited account by itself and I owed them $75! I went ahead and paid and I got to keep my original number. I'm happy now, with much better coverage than I was getting with Verizon, but it was a long, patience-grating trip to get there!

My credit card supporting Autopay got "hacked". I was in a huge hurry yesterday when initiating/editing changes to give to Smartaira, picked up the phone, dialed a number & got CJ, call #172788. He was terrific!!! He saved me a lot of time & aggravation (and money- -he got fees waived). CJ was lucid, intelligent as hell, highly professional- - -a real delight!!! And, perhaps his greatest asset: he wasn't a BUREAUCRAT sitting in front of a screen with his canned, rehearsed, polished, script sitting three feet from his nose!!!! God, I really liked CJ!!! Please reach out to him & give him every award possible as soon as possible!! Thank u. Sherwin F. Biesman (retired judge of the Federal government- - -and this was interjected at this point because someone at Smartaira was looking over my stuff & picked up on my professional life & thought it would be neat to highlight it into this review.     Internet is down for a full day multiple times a month. Unreliable and expensive. What a terrible…read morecombination. Honestly they are worse than Spectrum or AT&T. I never had outages that lasted more than an hour or two with them. My complex is heading into day two of an outage for the second time this year. I'm just glad I don't work from home, or else these company would be screwing me royally.

We recently updated all of our phones and added Phone Answering Service App. It was the best decision we could have made. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
