Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. Shannon told me that I had to wait my turn. I told her I was number one in line and just waited 2 hours. She then started arguing with me and gave me a dirty look. I had to make it clear that I wasn't arguing because she was very hostile to me. There were also a few other employees who had just opened up, one staring down at paperwork not helping. Before even checking the portal on my phone or reviewing my account, she told me she didn't have the charger I needed and sent me to Five Below across the street. She also said she couldn't help me, even though these are 5G devices that were purchased from this store. I felt that no effort was made to assist me or find a solution. What happened to the days when managers like Ash went above and beyond to help customers? Employees like Ash made people want to come back because they took the time to listen, troubleshoot problems, and provide excellent customer service.
