My tree was dropping branches and had resin leaking down the trunk, turns out it had pests and the bark was also peeling off. I live on a corner lot with lots of foot traffic and cars driving by, my concern was what is one of these branches fall and hit a pedestrian walking by or a car driving by, I would be liable for any injuries. They also have an arborist, who is the son, he wrote up a report so that I could get a permit from the city to remove it. After I got the permit, the tree was removed the next day, they came on time, did an excellent job, were very careful and cleaned up beautifully! The roof and gutters were also blown off from the pine needles that have been there for months!
