AR Tree Service & Landscape was one of the first ones who replied and stopped by to survey the project and provide a quote. Armando is a professional and knows what he's doing. His quote was competitive and I didn't even think twice about moving forward with AR Tree Service. The job consisted of removing weeds (huge ones), removing one mid size tree (trunk and roots included), trimming down 2 orange trees, tilling and amending all soil. We had to wait for the rain to stop to begin the job but as soon as AR started, they didn't look back. They were very respective of our properties and made great use of their time. We had an excellent experience with Armando and his team. He did major trimming of our yard which includes potocarpus, juniper and tall cypress trees which had many floppy branches from years of big winds. I was concerned about the cypresses as many just get chopped from the top and look horrible in time. But Armando was respectful of my concerns and provided options for me to consider. Communication was excellent, from appointment confirmation texts to in person on the job site. Armando brought in the right equipment to do the job right and left the yard looking beautiful. Needed some trees trimmed or removed, as well as some general garden work. Armando responded quickly, came over to review the project and then sent an itemized quote. Pricing was fair and they did a great job. Only downside is that it took them a while to send the invoice. If you don't accept it at least 3 days in advance of the work date, then you have to pay the full amount upfront instead of paying 50% first, then 50% once the work is done. The invoice was sent about 30 minutes before the deadline so we ended up having to pay everything upfront. It wasn't a big deal because the work turned out to be high quality anyway, I was just annoyed that the invoice was sent so late. read more
