Instead, I spent two hours on the phone with an AT&T agent who was unable to port my number. I was told to visit a store, and the store couldn't do it either. The next day I received an update telling me to go to a store for a "swap" instead. I then called this location where the manager/assistant manager confirmed they could do the swap and booked an appointment for me. I drove all the way out, only to be told it cannot be done. If it wasn't possible, why was I asked to come in at all? My time has been wasted repeatedly, and no one has given me a straight answer. I waited for to speak to the manager and he wasn't helpful at all and WALKED AWAY when he said there's nothing much he could do. This has been extremely frustrating, and I will not be recommending AT&T to anyone.

What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars!

I've been a long time T-Mobile customer (getting pretty close to 10 years and counting at the…read moremoment I think). Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

I am very surprised that I am leaving a 5-star review for Spectrum. With zero expectations, I went…read moreinto the store to replace my legacy cable box. Of course, there was zero legacy inventory available, and the only way to solve the problem was to contact corporate or try to hunt down inventory by visiting multiple physical stores. After hearing my problem--especially since this was the second store I had visited that day--Tony Zelaya stepped up. He was able to solve my issue and transition my account from Time Warner to Spectrum with zero interruption. This type of customer service is exactly what motivated me to leave a 5-star review. I don't think workers nowadays really care about customers, but this proves otherwise.

I have owned my current residence for 23 years. Over this period, I have received multiple mail…read moreoffers from Spectrum for Internet. I have never answered any of them, as I have been satified with the AT&T Internet service. Tonight during dinner time (~18:45) two Spectrum representative came to my house. They did not ring the bell, but loudly knocked on my door. I told them they had interrupted my dinner, and I was not interested in any door-to-door sales. I told them to leave, but they continued to talk about their offers, asking what time they could return, etc. I told them again that I had no interest in their products, and that they should leave. After a few minutes, I noticed they were still on my door step. I opened the door again and told them they were violating the dinner hour, which is of value to my family. My wife and I have worked hard for what we have, and our dinner time is one of the few periods of the day we can relax together. I told them that such practices are not welcome and make it difficult to defend capitalism. They continued to try to make offers, and I had to order them off my property. This type of activity makes a poor impression on anyone of even moderate sensability. I cannot see why Spectrum allows it. In Germany, even if door-to-door sales are legal, it is heavily frowned upon societally during dinner time, and companies have been warned about the negative effects of such practices. A reference to this: https://ecommercegermany.com/blog/ruhezeit-quiet-hours-in-germany/ When I was in college, I was employed (part-time) in motor vehicle sales. I was even trained in sales by a contractor for one of the major motor vehicle companies. I was quite good at it, even out-selling the other sales staff on certain days. After I graduated and had a full-time engineering position, the franchise owner asked me to stay on, which I did for a few years. If a person indicates that they have no interest in a product, and anything sold door-to-door, it is best to thank the person for their time, and move on. What was previously my awareness of Spectrum's existance has been tranformed into a definite antipathy.

I was looking for a fast & bigger storage that won't cost me an arm and leg for my next iPhone. I went from iPhoneSE (2nd Gen) to the iPhone 17e. Oh boy, it was a MASSIVE difference in every single category. And the price was within my core budget. It's bold and beautiful. Overall, I had a good experience with this dealer.

I've been to this T-Mobile store many times, and unfortunately, it feels like it lacks the level of…read moreservice I've received at other locations. During my most recent visit, I was helped by a store representative named August. Before even hearing my question, he bluntly directed me to the T-Life app because everything is becoming digital. I understand that things are moving online, and I'm not against using the app. However, this was a very specific, scenario-based question that I knew the app would not be able to answer. I went into the store because I wanted to speak directly with a store representative and avoid another frustrating call with T-Mobile's outsourced support. I thought someone working in the store would be able to easily answer my question, but August tried to redirect me without even knowing what I needed. I asked him anyway, and he answered it. If he knew the answer and was able to help, why send me to the app before even hearing the question? This also isn't the first time employees here have immediately directed me to call support without much explanation. I normally try to handle things myself and will contact support when necessary, but sometimes you visit a store because you've already tried those options or need an answer based on your specific situation. I previously had a billing issue where phone support told me one thing and employees at this store told me something completely different. It went unresolved for months until I finally had to contact T-Mobile through social media. The biggest problem is the lack of consistency. One employee will tell you one thing, then you return another day and someone else gives you a completely different answer. I understand that not every issue can be fixed inside the store, but it would have been nice for the employees to listen and understand the question before immediately directing me somewhere else.

As I was unable to go with her because I am in the middle of a move, I sent her there with her Tmobile SIM card because I was under the impression it would be a seamless transfer since Ive already set the accounts up. It was not. The reps there (specifically Stela and Chen) were rude, terribly unhelpful and honestly in my mom's words "a b****" Mind you, she has only ever used that word probably 3x in her life. They stressed my elderly mom out. I was placed on the phone with Stella and not only was she rude, she basically accused me of being a bad daughter for not being there with my mom and since she's been there, she's had to use her inhaler twice??? I think ya'll stressing her out, not me. I ended up having to call Tmobile customer service and they wondered why the people in store were not handling it. So i am in the middle of a life transition while on the phone with the rep and texting my mom while she's stuck in the store. All they care about is opening new lines (commission) and not actually the customer service part of their job. Mind you, this is my first impression of the in store reps. Don't bother coming to this location. The Pasadena location was much more helpful and kind. If I could report this entire thing to their corporate office I would.
