We just wanted to upgrade a phone but it turned into a nightmare. Never going back here. I felt manipulated by the salesmen. Bad experience.

l came into this store a couple months ago with my boyfriend and was looking to upgrade our edge program and get new phones. When we arrived it was kind of busy but we were able to be attended quickly by Krysnie Tran. She was super friendly and awesome she was able to explain to us the changes that have happened with the edge program and was very knowledgeable. We had some issues with or bill due to a previous store that had not setup our plan properly. After all was fixed she went ahead and helpedus find anew phone. We ended up going for the Samsung galaxy S6 edge. My boyfriend and I fell in love with the platinum gold and unfortunately that was the one that was out of stock everywhere. Krysnie was more then helpful to order or phones, in which we received in a week. (which we did not mind waiting becausewe were happy to get exactly what we wanted) I ended up having some trouble withmy phone and I called Krysnie and she was super nice and ordered me a new phone. Just this past weekend I had been on a family trip and my boyfriend had dropped/lost his phone in the lake. Immediately our first thought was to call Krysnie to see what we could do. Once we got back we stopped by and she was more than helpful in getting vs a new phone explained what needed to be done and how everything would come up to. * In short my boyfriend and I are extremely satisfied with this store and all there employees including Mathew. But especially to our favorite Krysnie. She is awsome and we can not be any happier with her services. Krysnie is extremely friendly, and we feel super comfortable with her, she just makes us feel like we've known her forever and gets the job done. :) read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! We went to purchase 2 gizmopals for our kids and was told by the manager that it would only be the cost of the watches and $5 per line per month. As we were setting up the watches after our purchase, I got an email from Verizon stating I just got insurance on the new lines. I told the manager that I didn't request insurance since he never asked me, and him along with another girl salesperson tried to tell me that it was mandatory for the first month. I called 611 on my phone and once they realized I was doing that, they changed their minds and now all of a sudden they were going to cancel the insurance for me even though less than 2 minutes ago they told me it was mandatory. Today I got my Verizon bill with an additional $100 added on my bill for $80 worth of activation fees and $20 of insurance for both lines. Needless to say, they lied and tacked fees onto my bill so they can get more commission from Verizon. The Verizon rep was able to waive all the fees due to the fact that go wireless was misleading but it was a waste of my time. Go wireless employees seem helpful and nice until you make the purchase, get your bill, and realize there are tons of fees they promised that you wouldn't have. I guess they were counting on people just paying them and not reporting them to Verizon. Super shady and a terrible way to do business. I will never come here again and will recommend people NEVER to come here. read more

Went in to get a charger for my phone. Three employees NO other customers. I waited about 15 minutes for the girl to take my money while she fussed with a computer to make the sale. I asked if I could just pay cash to speed things up, she said yes, but continued to try to input the product. Finally I said I'll just get it somewhere else. I'm frustrated. read more

Once again this store has met and went above my expectations. A special thanks to Brian and Krysnie for taking me in and willing to help me out even though they had just closed. They understood I had to go to work that night and was phoneless they stayed extra time after a long day I'm sure to help out. Even though I wasn't able to get the phone that night the next day they made sure I had a phone. I had been up the night before at work I went in Krysnie told me to leave her all the info and she will call me once it was done. She had went out of her way to go to another store to get my phone since they were out of stock so I could get rest. And within an hour my phone was in my hands. I greatly appreciate it. i rushed here after realizing best buy didnt open until 10a only to see the same on the verizon store's sign! i heavily rely on my iphone for work but it had just stopped turning on that morning!!! so i rushed to use my upgrade. thank goodness keith was there in the store. i desperately waved to him and begged him to help me upgrade! he was so awesome as to open for me 20min early and get me out of there in 45min with a newly activated iphone 6! he also hooked it up with the no brainer EDGE program. im a happy camper and am back in business! thanks again read more

The customer service representative (Dave) is not helpful. I had lost my phone and was seeking possible solutions to include buying a new phone. I came in on a Monday exploring options. I was told this was not a corporate store and I should go to the Pasadena store. One of my problems was that my phone line was owned by my company. Dave was not interested in exploring out of the box ideas to help me come to an amenable solution. I was dumb enough to come in on Tuesday when I thought I had the solution after I had talked with my company. Dave saw me coming and before I even had the chance to discuss with another associate that was helping me, Dave rudely butted into our conversation and indicated they would not be able to help me. He did not even try to ascertain or factor in the new information I had. It is ridiculous that I had to "square Dave away" before I could move on with my discussion with the other associate. If you need Verizon support and customer service, do not go here and do not go to Pasadena. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Glendora. read more

Been coming here for quite some time now. I finally was able to upgrade my phone to that iPhone 6+. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive when I had a question. I was helped out by Lorraine. She made my transaction easy and very comfortable. Did not feel pressured like I have felt in other locations. I ordered my phone because they did not have it in stock and she would constantly notify me on the status of the phones arrival. Talk about going that extra mile for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I went in to pick up my phone (she personally called me to let me know it had arrived) I had got there a few minutes before closing. I was then helped out by David. Such a great dude. Helped me finish the transaction quick and easy. He was also kind enough to make sure everything was working well and store had already been closed from its hours of operation. This place is great. Previous to today I would have given this location a 4 stars but after today I'm not going here anymore. They're not truly a Verizon store anyway they're just an authorized retailer. When I first switched to Verizon 4 years ago I came here to buy my phone and since then I have gone in a few times. Most of the employees were just okay but the manager Jamie was very helpful. Today I came to this location for assistance and was treated like I was stupid and left with nothing resolved. I tried to explain my issue but the guy kept interrupting me and telling me the reason my phone would not make or receive calls was because I had turned my mobile data off. I might not be the most tech savvy but I know that mobile data has nothing to do with making a phone call. While this conversation was going on, me trying to reexplain my problem and him interrupting continuously, a woman who I believe was a manager or supervisor was just standing there staring at me. I left and called Verizon and they told me that what this guy was saying was completely untrue and that obviously these employees need some better training. read more

Poor customer service. Went to this location with what I thought was a simple questions...requesting to transfer an ATT phone and # to Verizon. Found out this can't happen as each carrier has their own phones. That's all well and good. However, the sales person, Justin, wanted to make sure I felt like an idiot for asking this questions. He was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in his response. Other sales staff at this location might be great, but Justin is not. read more

I honestly don't know why there have been such bad reviews in the past? After reading some of them, I was a little tentative to go into this store. I'm sure glad that I didn't listen to the bad reviews. As soon as I stepped in the store, I was politely approached and given immediate attention to my needs. Even better, it was the store manager Keith who proved to be so helpful and knowledgeable! Keith was super attentive and spent so much time with me. I can't remember the last time that I received such great service at a retail store. I have been unhappy with Sprint's service. Keith patiently explained all of the options and didn't pressure me at all. After taking a long time going back and forth, I finally decided to open an account with Verizon. Keith was great in giving me a great and competitive price for my new phone as well as a new plan that was good for my usage needs. Keith never tried to up sell me anything and was super patient. From now on, this store will be the only one that I go to for my cell phone needs. Great service and great deals! What else could I ask for? read more

Do not go here to upgrade a phone. And do not deal with Krysnie She is a liar and totally misrepresents the facts. I went to upgrade a phone and she told me my plan was old and I would benefit from upgrading to the Edge plan and would lower my bill by about $50 a month. Well now my bill is higher than ever and up more than $70 a month.I even asked her over and over again if my bill would go down and there would be no extra charges and she assured me this was the case. Just spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this straightened out with Verizon. She was previously working in the Pasadena store and did the same thing to my mom when she upgraded a phone. Told her the same thing about the Edge and even gave her a "free" tablet and "forgot" to mention the activation fee and monthly use fee. When my mom tried to return it there was a $75 restocking fee! This lady needs to be fired!!!! read more
