Mitchell was absolutely phenomenal. He was the first face I saw upon entering the store, and he surely didn't disappoint. The fantastic customer service, professionalism, and patience that he had shown to me gave me great confidence in my switch from another carrier. Mitchell spent so much time with me going over options and making sure the order was processed successfully (there were a few hiccups, but he handled them quickly and professionally). He even stayed well past the store's closing time to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied. He never made me feel unwelcome, or that I was taking too much time. He made me feel important through the entire process. Top marks for a top representative! I stopped by a few days after my initial purchase and met Jose, the store manager. Another fantastic, patient, and professional individual. He had no qualms about explaining more features of my new phone, and for that I am very grateful. Yesterday, my husband and I went in to Go Wireless and received the best customer service from any Verizon store we have visited! We wanted to upgrade our phones but were not eligible until April. Franco was so nice and was great at explaining our options. He informed us about the Early Edge program. He laid everything out very clearly so that we could see exactly what the monthly cost woud be and explained the benefits of the Verizon Edge program. Not only did I get a new phone for my husband for Christmas but I got my self one as well! When I asked him if I could get a survey to fill out about him, he introduced us to the store manager. Jose was just as nice and during our visit was assisting another couple. He was very professional and did a great job assisting the other customers. I highly recommend this store to any other folks in or outside of the Maricopa area that have Verizon as their cell provider! Thank you Franco and Jose!! We will definitely be back! :) read more

WOW! I am SOOOOOOO impressed with this store's service!!!!! My friend, Dr. Beth Morrow came to help me with a few things here in Florida and my phone stopped working for some unexplained reason. I tried to call my local Verizon but I couldn't get a "live" person....so Dr. Beth to the rescue! She told me that "her" Verizon was THE BEST and that she would call her Verizon store in Maricopa, AZ. (Note: I live in FLORIDA!!) In less that 5 minutes my problem was SOLVED!!!! Ernie, store manager, came to my rescue! He was polite, and told me what to do. I followed what he said and Lo and Behold! I had phone service! I was thrilled!!!!! Please let me formally apologize to him for being so angry and mean on the phone....but I had NO SERVICE when I called!!! In 5 minutes everything was fabulous again! Stopped on the way home from work because my old phone was not working and I was nuts and done Messing with it today. That is when Devin asked if he could help. Bit by bit, for about three hours, Devin and Dave, his coworker worked on my phone to first fix my phone, second get me on a plan that saves me lots, and third save my pictures to the cloud that include those of my mom who is no longer alive. At one point, I was connected to a Phoenix tech, Sharron B who was equally as awesome and they really worked to not only make me happy, but every person that entered the store. We were in the Go Wireless Verizon store in Maricopa twice this week and I would just like to say they were very helpful to my husband and me on our purchase of a new cell phone and an iPad Air 2. Athena was very helpful getting us just what we needed and explaining why we needed this upgrade in service. I really like how the team acknowledges you when you 1st walk into their store. We also worked with Tyler and the branch manager who were also very helpful. Bliss L. is the best wireless consultant I have ever worked with. Superbly knowledgeable, extremely efficient, very honest. She listened to what I wanted and helped me get the best deal and the best phone (not the most expensive) to meet my needs. Plus, up front with every cost, advice on my plans, support. She offered to do everything for me...activation, data transfer. All I had to do was decide what I wanted and walk out of the store in full operation. Went in last week to get my glass screen protector replaced for the hundreth time and they took care of me like they usually do. I don't ever regret purchasing their glass warranty program. While I was at the store I was offered a special tablet promotion they had going on which i couldnt refuse I ended up buying 2. The staff and the managers were very helpful not only to me but others in the store. I will continue using this Verizon store over all others thanks to the great service. read more
