I went to get my tablet which i was charged like 165$ and it was cash since she charges card a 3.7% fee . Once i got home i looked closely at it just to find out the screen wasnt on all the way, there was dirt n debris under the screen as well as a DOG HAIR and the camera lens was dirty and smudged. I took it back immediately and asked for the problem to be fixed or a refund. She was rude and tried to gasloght me to thinking this was normal, she called me "ocd girl" and was acting irrational. She reluctantly agreed to redo it since she wasnt goin to refund me or give me a replacment screen( side note the screen my ipad was replaced with was visibly cheaper than the orginal apple screen). I came back a day later and picked my ipad up, the problems i showed were gone but now the side of the screen looks off. Anyways this was the worst customer service experiance i ever had She was immature, rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Never will i come back again and

I can't say enough good things about I Will Repair. I brought in my cellphone with a cracked…read morescreen, and not only did they fix it the same day, but it looked and worked like new when I got it back. What really sets this place apart is the professionalism and transparency. They explained exactly what was wrong, gave a fair quote upfront, and stuck to it. No hidden fees, no runaround. Highly recommended for anyone needing cellphone, tablet, or computer repairs done right the first time.

We had a terrible experience with this business. We brought our iPad in to have the screen repaired…read moreand were told it would take two days. Instead, it took six days, and no one apologized or acknowledged the delay. Now, just one month later, the home button has completely stopped working. It was functioning perfectly before the screen repair, so it's clear this issue resulted from their work. Unfortunately, they have refused to take any responsibility or offer any help. I would not recommend this business. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Complete Scam! My daughter dropped her phone in the pool. We took it into iFixandRepair inside of…read morethe Walmart and they said no problem. They told me it would be around $100 to repair. Several days later of calling and horrible communication, we got it back and it was $200. We had the same problems with the phone later that day. I brought it back and they kept it for another week. Again poor communication, multiple calls and they charged me another $100. It had the same problem of restarting every 15 minutes or so and then it stopped working all together. I took it in and demanded that they fix it or give me my money back. They kept it for another week, determined they couldn't fix it and would not give me my money back. Now, they could have told me about the risk up front but instead they said, no problem and put a very temporary fix on it. They offered me store credit but I don't want $300 worth of bedazzled phone cases and I'm certainly not buying a phone that they switched out all of the insides to. Do not take your phone here. This place is awful. Why can't I give 0 stars?
