This store is amazing! Let me tell you guys about Mike (the manager). My account has been so messed up since sept 29,2018 when I joined AT&T. It has been a complete joke dealing with them UNTIL Mike got involved. He has been so amazing! He fixed issues I had and was able to get me my new iPhone that I've been wanting. These guys made a mistake and it cost me $400. They quoted me on a trade in of a iPhone 10s and they were wrong on what they would give me as a credit. No it's too late. Can't get that phone back. Payment is way higher than it should be. Went there and called and the manager just said the person who misquoted me would be "reprimanded". DOESNT CUT IT. Give me back my money. read more

I wish I could do 0 stars. some teenage associate with tattoos lied to me about a order I had, I even walked back down to store after mishap to pick up device from order 23-799662165673320. After reaching out to att customer service for them to only confirm my suspicions that he was lying. He had the nerve to try and say my credit wasn't accepted in front of everyone. When asking for store manager he told me the store manager was suspended for stealing like he was trying to do. Idk why this happened but I can say he won't have a job too long hopefully he is saving for that rainy day that will be coming soon? read more

Went into AT&T because another carrier (Verizon ) was confrontational and unhelpful. Frank greeted me and quickly provided insightful guidance and support. As a result I am transferring my entire business account effective immediately. The price is half the cost of Verizon not to mention the amazing customer service from Frank. I needed some new headphones and I know that I have a really good accessory discount at AT&T (not to mention I was getting anxiety from all the Christmas shoppers clogging up the walkways) so I decided to stop in and see what they had. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and it probably took about 3 minutes before someone checked on me to see if I needed help. I know I look young, but I don't look like some punk 15 year old who isn't going to buy anything. I asked about the different kinds of headphones they had and the girl went to go look in a cabinet. I picked the one I wanted and she took it to the counter to ring it up. I told her I have an accessory discount so she pulled up my account and said she had to look up the percentage. I wouldn't think that would take too long but it was taking so long my friend at one point jokingly asked if I was signing a new contract. When I was finally paid up the girl did walk around the counter to hand me my bag but I don't think she smiled once while she was helping me and she seemed to be somewhere between bored and un-caring. I will be not be returning to this location if I can avoid it. read more

Omg this place has the WORSE customer service. After someone jack a$$ stole me phone and stuff I went to the store to help me and they basically said,"well that sucks for U and good luck with that". Offered no solutions to my situation til it was suggested to them. It's was ridiculous. And I sat there for about 15mins before anyone really helped me. DO NOT goto this store. Goto the one by River view mall on Dobson and the freeway. They lady there is INCREDIBLE!! She was amazing. read more

I stopped by several times at this store for buying my wife's and sister's phones. Given stars are all for one of workers there whose name is Jocelyn. I am a foreigner, and English is not my native language. Sometimes dealing with sellers is kind of difficult since there are too many details to think about. I would say Jocelyn is the best person to talk and ask about those details. Usually I use online shopping like Amazon not to make small mistakes which cause additional costs for next couple years like cell phone contracts, but this is different with her. I strongly recommend Jocelyn to anybody to purchase cell phones with AT&T. read more

I came in today to ask a simple question. I could have called customer service but chose to come in to the store to speak with someone face to face. What a waste of time! I had recently upgraded my phone at Costco and had FANTASTIC customer service (highly recommend upgrading your phone there!) The girl helping me rolled her eyes and told me never to upgrade my phone at a non-corporate store- I assume because this taps into corporate store's business. She also was unable to answer ANY of my questions. When I asked if I could speak to someone who was more knowledgeable she got extremely defensive and rude. The least she could have done was grab a manager to reassure me. But she refused. I've been an AT&T customer for 5 years and this girl made me question my choice. Wish I would have got her name but I was so frustrated with the entire experience that I walked out and immediately placed a call to customer service. Waste of time. don't , i repeat avoid at all cost this store, unless you like abuse. by far the rudest employees, as it seems to me anyone who is a millennial, under 30, please, do all of us a favor, and stay at home. we don't need robots with bad manners, who are unable to think out of the box, in fact i think this includes the majority of all of you guys and gals, college graduates please disregard, also to those of you who actually can think for themselves, then i'm sure you can figure out, this only applies to the other 90 percent, less the college graduates. these robots lie, pass the buck, hang up on you, anything to get rid of you, if you present them with anything, that requires an active brain. and if you happen to have a different provider, the grass can't be a whole lot greener with the other guys. do yourself a favor and spend the xtra $$$ on that new phone or service that some idiot promised you a deal on, only to transfer you to someone that will be so polite you may actually become ill because they will just keep on playing the transfer game and disconnecting you till you will wish you had gave up 2 hours ago and just paid the difference to avoid having a good year taken off your life. read more
