When it became apparent I didn't want to just leave without talking to somebody she signed, hung up her personal phone and meandered over. I told her what the model I was looking for right down to the phone specs and she said they didn't have it, but offered to sell me an upgraded version. When I told her I wasn't interested in that she told me to shop online for what I wanted. What ... the ... heck? I've had AT&T since they were Cingular and have never left one of their stores with that kind of a look on my face. When I got into the car my wife didn't say a word to me. She just glanced over at my expression, put the car in drive and took me to the nearest Dutch Brothers.

That it is what it said for 3 weeks and when we got home to Arizona it still said they were in Denver and Munich. Now since I was on Auto Pay and paperless I didn't realize I was being charged for them. On Sept 6 or 8, 2025 I cancelled my t moble account #980383296, but I was charged $80.11 on Sept 13. Thn today in the mail I get something that says I have a credit of $17.00. When I went to the store to see how I could get my refund, I was told that I hadn't cancelled the trackers properly and that they would still be charged off to my account. My auto pay has been cancelled, and I will not pay for something I returned in good faith,, and have actually been paying for for 4 years. I want this all cancelled and I really would like to get a refund. I will not pay another cent and if I get charggrd for them in the future I will report this a fraud.
