    Worst cell phone service ever. If you live in casa grande do not get Verizon, it isn't worth it.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THE CASA GRANDE STORE. I just switched 3 phones from AT&T to…read moreT-mobile. We went in to the Promenade store to get some help setting up our new phones. We were in there for about 20 miniutes before one of the guys checked us in and asked why we were there. He waited until another customer came in before doing so. He was helping a young lady who had a small child and they were eating dinner at the table. My kids had gone out the door 2 or 3 times because it was taking so long. He was flirting with the girl he was helping and having a personal conversation with her. Now were going on 50 minuites. The second sales guy finished with his customer and goes over and sits at the table with a 3rd sales guy helping a lady, he just sits there scrolling on his phone. At 6pm he goes in the back gets his stuff and leaves. So obvious that he didn't want to help us because he was getting off shift soon. Then the guy flirting walks up to me and ask me to tell my son and daughter & law not to go in and out the door. I asked him why and he said because his boss counts how many times the door opens and counts it as a customer. I said he knows how many customers came in because you are checking them in. He tells me just to tell them not to go in and out! I told him I was going to call his boss and he said go ahead and do that! We left. If it wasn't for the fantastic customer service I got when signing up for the phones on the chat, I would cancel these phones.

    About 4 years ago I switched to t moble and at that time I was sold for $10.00 3 tracking devices…read more Well they totally malfuntioned, and spending 3 weeks in Europe with them saying our luggage was in /denver and Munich. That it is what it said for 3 weeks and when we got home to Arizona it still said they were in Denver and Munich. I took all 3 back to the Casa Grande az store where I got them and they said that was good, all I needed to do. Now since I was on Auto Pay and paperless I didn't realize I was being charged for them. On Sept 6 or 8, 2025 I cancelled my t moble account #980383296, but I was charged $80.11 on Sept 13. Thn today in the mail I get something that says I have a credit of $17.00. When I went to the store to see how I could get my refund, I was told that I hadn't cancelled the trackers properly and that they would still be charged off to my account. My auto pay has been cancelled, and I will not pay for something I returned in good faith,, and have actually been paying for for 4 years. I want this all cancelled and I really would like to get a refund. I will not pay another cent and if I get charggrd for them in the future I will report this a fraud. I actually did have several problems with t moble while I was with them and although they kind of took care of the problems sort of, but never a true fix
