    They NEVER answer their phone!!! AI "associate" is also no help. Even left VM for callback to no avail!!

    About 4 years ago I switched to t moble and at that time I was sold for $10.00 3 tracking devices…read more Well they totally malfuntioned, and spending 3 weeks in Europe with them saying our luggage was in /denver and Munich. That it is what it said for 3 weeks and when we got home to Arizona it still said they were in Denver and Munich. I took all 3 back to the Casa Grande az store where I got them and they said that was good, all I needed to do. Now since I was on Auto Pay and paperless I didn't realize I was being charged for them. On Sept 6 or 8, 2025 I cancelled my t moble account #980383296, but I was charged $80.11 on Sept 13. Thn today in the mail I get something that says I have a credit of $17.00. When I went to the store to see how I could get my refund, I was told that I hadn't cancelled the trackers properly and that they would still be charged off to my account. My auto pay has been cancelled, and I will not pay for something I returned in good faith,, and have actually been paying for for 4 years. I want this all cancelled and I really would like to get a refund. I will not pay another cent and if I get charggrd for them in the future I will report this a fraud. I actually did have several problems with t moble while I was with them and although they kind of took care of the problems sort of, but never a true fix
