Especially after I drove from Coolidge to this Cox store in the hopes of getting some help. I didn't realize that I would run into two very obnoxious woman, the one who ask if she could help with a frown on her face to the other woman next to her that chimed in for no reason. I have never met such rude and unprofessional behavior from any business establishment before. If this is an example for the rest of Cox communications , then I will suggest to anyone I meet to run away from theses rude and unprofessional people.

I came to visit my dad and help with an annual house cleaning. During said cleaning, I managed to…read moremess up a few cables behind the tv while dusting. Oops. Suddenly, no direct tv, no sound. We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

Once I made my decision, he scheduled my installation within a couple of days and had me up and running. He was able to get a couple of fees waived and demonstrated in his office how to use the features and functions of the system and the remote. One of the best parts is the service he and his team provide, after my install I still had some questions and he was quick to respond and gave great advice over the phone. He also said if I still needed help to come into his office and he would work with me. This was much better than just calling Dish TV over the phone. Personal Service is great! Thanks Keith.. My Dad was here, I'm at work - install OLD & USED equipment & run cable wrong - reception issues -I called DirecTV customer service -their guy came and put in new equipment - he mentioned that DirecTV would have charged $25 maximum (all works much better).
