    It is ok Internet! We gave it a 4 cause it seems to lag to much but we like it but have no choice cause COX is not in our area!

    They showed up on time for my installation. Internet speeds are greatly improved over all other choices in the area.

If it is their issue, they fix it and they always call me to make sure their issue is corrected. If it is my issue, they take their time to walk me through what I need to do and always make sure I am satisfied before hanging up. everyone I have dealt with, for 8 or so years, have been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this service. I live in a rural area and it is sometimes hard to find good customer service when you're in the boonies. 10 out of 10.

    STAY FAR FAR AWAY. This company has been the very worst…read moresince setting foot on my property. They dug up a stucco wall causing numerous big cracks and dug up the roots of an orange tree. The team they sent did not speek a lick of english and installed their fiber box in the wrong spot on my home. Then another guy came to do the install and said the box was on wrong spot, wait a week for someone else to come again, who doesn't speak english, had to yell at them to get an english speaking manager on the telephone. I do have to say that they did send a crew out to fix the wall, but again the workers didnt speak english, but luckily one of the workers brought his english speaking son, and he was a very nice kid and the workers did a great job on the repair. Next another guy shows up after I had to crawl under home to run pex tubing to put the actual fiber into the home. Well that took hours of frustration. After it was finally completed, I thought, finally it all done and everything should be ok, Well, I was WRONG! The service is spotty at best, TV continues to spool/buffer? making it impossible to watch anything on TV and goes blank often. I recently got an email from them about a payment to my account. Well, I should have not gotten any bills from Airebeam at this time. I just got service activation on April 16th. They told me that I had 1month free at $55 and that I also get a credit for putting their sign in my yard. I called their billing office and got no help. They said they made a mistake on activation date, but would not credit the $30 back to my account. I told gal that I should have, at the very least a $55 credit, and that I wanted to speak to a manager. One was not available (bull). 2 days later and I still have not received a call back to notify me of a fix to my account. I have NO CONFIDENCE in this company, their service, nor their billing department. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for 1 year RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

I was called and texted by Eldred. He was polite and professional and explained everything. He personally came out the next day to inspect our yard to determine where they would run the line. Two days later they installed the fiber from our alley, and the next day Kyle came out to install the hardware. Everyone was great, the service was superior, and we've had awesome Internet speeds ever since. It's totally refreshing to speak with Eldred and have a normal human interaction. Just prior to this experience I was getting an infuriating runaround from cox between the AI bots and their shabby customer service just to cancel. I am pleased to support a local business and urge you to consider switching to Trepic. I read a bunch of the reviews on here after we had already became subscribers and was a little surprised to see some of the not great reviews. I then saw Eldred personally responding and taking accountability for each review. Talk about professional, this man is real and he actually cares. Thanks Eldred, Kyle, and the Trepic crew!

    I requested a Home Camera Security System installation. I…read moredid NOT want an Internet Security System, but that is what I got. I believe AZ CCTV hired an Independent Installer because I am out of the area they generally service. Although I already had cameras, the installer, who by the way did a very good job with the wiring, talked me into buying the cameras HE feels are best, so I sent the cameras back that I had already purchased. I bought the camera set, 2 (16 total) of them, and when they arrived he came back and installed. There was a problem right after the installation with the cameras so the installer back one time. Since then I have had problems and questions. I called AZ CCTV and was told because I did NOT buy the cameras from them they could not help me. By the way it has been maybe 3 months since I had the cameras installed. I wanted to be sure I had cameras on my premises, outside and inside before going on vacation. I have 16 cameras, 2 sets of 8. When I arrived home from my vacation, just as I was afraid, my home had been vandalized, the top monitor was black with some error message toward the top. The bottom monitor had a few pictures, but not all. Each monitor is supposed to have 8 pictures. When I played back the recordings, there were many screens that were completely black, (imagine THAT!) so they were NO HELP. I spent a lot of money for the installation, cameras & monitors. I feel like I just flushed a LOT OF MONEY down the toilet. I tried to call & text the fellow who did the installation to help me restore the monitors, but naturally, he never returned my calls. IF I was going to purchase different cameras, I wish It had been made clear about AZ CCTV ONLY helping with any problems IF I bought THEIR Cameras. I wish the installer, if he was going to talk me into different cameras, had suggested I buy cameras from AZ CCTV so I would have help, if needed. Tech Support etc. Because this system uses the Internet it doesn't work for my home. The Robbers, who are very slick, use something like an Internet Jammer, so the 16 cameras and 2 "Brain" black boxes and monitors are NOTHING to them, just a slight inconvenience. THIS is why I wanted NOT an Internet based system. Change my locks you are probably thinking? I had them rekeyed twice in June. About $800, each time. Nothing keeps them out. Locks do NOT seem to be a problem. They know when I am not home, they have come in many times and are stealing me blind! I have called the police several times, but not every time because all they do is take a report. I even thought to put a camera in a place with a clear view of my BIG Westchester GUN & Rifle safe, that camera along with most of the other cameras had been disabled. The time before last they managed to open THE SAFE! And cleaned me out of all of my exquisite jewelry, guns, and important papers and so much more! Things I spent a lifetime acquiring. Very Sentimental and some things very valuable. I called the police, and even waited until the police were here to open the safe...I had a feeling it also had been robbed, and it had. Again, the police took a report. The police were here yesterday to take a report. They strongly suggested I get the alarm going, to call the alarm company to have the repair done. I had to laugh. I told them I had called and texted and e-mailed so many times since the very beginning of June, if not before. All I have ever gotten is empty promises. They even had the nerve to e-mail a bill to me! I told them if and when my alarm is working I will pay. The last 3 months I paid for the alarm, even though it has NOT been working! Now that almost everything of value, sentimental and monetary has been taken, I feel I still cannot leave my home. I should have started staying home to guard it months ago! And by the way, I have an alarm system, it IS cellular based, I have called and texted the company I am with to ask for a simple repair since towards the end of MAY. I tried to repair it myself but I think it needs a new contact. I wish I knew where to buy one or could find another Alarm company that services my area. The couple who own the Alarm business live less than 4 miles away! For a little while I could set it on BY-Pass, but that has not been working, so I have NOT been able to set the alarm for a long time. In calling the camera manufacturer they told me they could help me do a Factory reset, I feel STUCK because although I mentioned up front I did NOT want an Internet System, that is what I ended up with. I should have made sure that was on the paperwork before the installer showed up. He may NOT have been made aware. I would have changed Alarm companies long ago but I cannot find one that services my area, I am new to this small town. Only 2 others that I have had previously over the years, and the experiences were SO HORRIBLE that I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Sorry this is SO LONG!
