He advised me that this was part time for him and he also had a custom cabinet business but he could make it out the next day. I told him I provided all my information on his website. He didn't know that they had a website. He asked me to text him my address, I tried to, but I was received a response that his phone could not accept text messages at this time. So, I called and left a voice message with my address. He did not respond to my call and did not show up for the appointment. Just wanted people to know about the change in management and that, at this point I would steer clear of this company, it is not what it apparently used to be. Update: I just received a call from the son. He was angry with me for commenting about the problems and told me it wasn't his fault because his boss would not let him leave his job. Basically sounds like the business is not his priority. He also told me he could not call me because he did not want to upset his boss. Bottom line, if he has time he will take care of your yard. But his job comes first, not the company.
