When I voiced concerns about the lumpy install, James brushed it off and said, "No one else has ever been concerned about the lawn being level." As if expecting level ground after spending thousands makes me high-maintenance. The sprinkler system was just as poorly done -- only a few pop-ups, most of which spray the house or the fence. None are flush with the ground, and coverage is totally inadequate. Bottom line: You could save a lot of money by hiring the neighbors kids and get the same quality and craftsmanship, maybe even better.
