His guys added fifteen feet of pavers to our back patio and put veneers on our existing patio. Even though it was a basic job, it took less than 3 days to do the work in blazing heat. I got lots of quotes and had 5 6 or so companies come out to provide estimates for the scope of work. Jason, owner of The Hardworkers, was the last estimate I got,. We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides. Not to mention were well in range of some of the basic concrete other companies were going to provide, It took about four days from start to finish. We will definitely be calling his them again for any future projects and highly recommend for any projects you are looking to get done!

They would randomly show up - once AT 4AM! but never told us when work was scheduled or what was happening next. We had to chase them for every update and manage our own pool project. We were promised the pool would be finished by June 1, but it wasn't completed until after our kids were back in school! left a huge hole in our yard for more than 45 days. The workmanship is poor! Tile installed incorrectly, the table was built wrong, and we only caught these mistakes because we were constantly checking on the work. Damaged our neighbors' plants, over sprayed the whole side of the house. We had to demand correction and fixing. When we asked a simple question in a group chat, the owner removed himself instead of responding. That says everything about their accountability and communication! This was a major investment, yet we had to chase the company, catch their mistakes, and manage the entire project ourselves. DC Style Pools was unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them.

I went through RNW pools for a pool repair project as a new homeowner. The pool I own is about 15…read moreyears old and looks like it was never drained or tiles cleaned of mineral buildup.. I'm sure we all know just how bad the water is out here in AZ, so you can imagine how unappealing my pool looked after years of neglect. Josh, the owner, was very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out I think the next day after I messaged him to look at my pool in person. He measured out the linear feet of my pool, answered questions I had about pool maintenance, and gave me a fair quote for the services I needed, based off pool size. I ended up getting my pool drained, tiles bead blasted, 5 loose tiles glued back on, gaps in the grout caulked, and starter chemicals added to my pool once it was filled with water. Josh even came by and vacuumed up the debris left in my pool from the days after poolwork. For the grout work, RNW subcontracted another pool company to come in to handle that task, and to be honest, I was not happy with the quality that pool company provided. But when I reached out to RNW about the subcontractor issue, Josh immediately made it right.
