Chris came highly recommended by my husband's mom in Gold Canyon, Az. Our oleanders had busted clean through the wall of the pool. Chris had no problem with fixing this. Chris fees were more than reasonable and Chris and his staff make you feel like family. Forthcoming, trustworthy, tells it like it is! That was about 6-7 years ago. We contacted Chris again to resurface the pool deck, repair the deck drain, remove the diving board and caulk around the pool. All this work done in a timely manner, very flexible on schedule ie: weather conditions high heat temperatures, monsoons, but we finally are done with our pool. We are so grateful to Chris, office staff (very friendly), and contract staff of the repair also knowledgeable. They truly understand everything there is to know about a Pool! We recently had our pool "remodeled" using the company, "Love Your Pool". I am so thankful that we chose this company after getting a total of three quotes. "Love Your Pool" was recommended by Foothills Pool (Ahwatukee) since FP no longer does remodels. Our pool is 24 years old, and it was time for a facelift - nothing major. We went from all Pebble-Tec to porcelain tile above the water line and travertine on the coping (the coping used to be a rolled edge of pebbles) and new pebbles called Tropics Blue mini for the pool interior - gorgeous. We also had to have the decking repaired above the skimmer intake. It had collapsed. Additionally, a new multi-colored pool light was installed. Chris, the owner of "Love Your Pool", gave us a very straight-forward quote including everything we asked for at a very fair price. He informed us that our project would take a total of 2 weeks. Other companies told us up to one month for completion. Chris successfully met this time frame. We were impressed by every crew that worked on our pool. They all were efficient, knowledgeable, hard-working, and polite answering our every question. In addition, Chris maintained exemplary communication with us. We knew when each crew was arriving - not just the day, but the time as well. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with "Love Your Pool", Chris, and his crews. Our remodeled pool is stunning. LYP is our new pool company. We will call them for anything we need, pool-wise, in the future. What a scam! 4 pieces of tile broke/fell off my pool due to rock hitting it. called Love your pool to fix since i have extra tiles.... They asked for my address and pictures which i sent . after 6 days they text me stating I have to replace all the tiles on my pool. Had Chris out to get an estimate on a full pool remodel and initially had high hopes. Weeks went by with no update on where he was at. I had to follow up with him and he said he finished the numbers and would get back to me (which he never did). I followed up multiple times after that and he ignored all texts. Chris did an amazing job on my father in laws pool! I had called several different bead blasting companies to get quotes and advice. Chris was very knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Every time he communicated with me he made sure to remember my name unlike other companies. The first time he came to the house to give a quote he showed me the pool water level was to high. Chris even showed me how to change out the device. With the help of pictures and a video I sent over to them by text, they were able to quickly diagnose what needed to be done to remedy the problems. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the lack of reviews but gave them a shot since they we're able to come out the soonest out of all the pool companies I contacted. Chris arrived on time, began troubleshooting and was able to identify the issue all within a very short period. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable in his explaination of the cause and possible solutions to my problem, most importantly he wasn't bothered by all the questions I asked. I decided to move forward with their service to resolve my issue and have no regrets. Chris has even followed up with me weeks later. I had arranged to have my pool remodeled but wanted to keep the old tile. After I saw what a horrible mess the tile was in, I called my contractor to ask if they could clean the tile before they put the finishing coats on. He referred me to Chris at Love Your Pool AZ and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Chris came yesterday -- called and gave me a heads up that he was on his way (which I appreciated!) and was there exactly when he said he would be.
