He said he could service it that same morning. I was so relieved as it was a Saturday and the only other person responding at that time couldn't do it. I wasn't able to meet him out there because I had my daughters birthday party that day. I am one that prefers to be onsite when I have someone coming to fix something but I didn't really have a choice since we had new guests coming in that afternoon. Within 20 min of giving the address Stephen was able to locate the problem and sent pictures of what was wrong. After fixing it he checked a few other things and filled it back up and sent over pictures of the finished job. He charged me for the flat service fee that was quoted and was on his way. I felt so relieved it was all taken care of and by the time our guests arrived they had a nice hot spa waiting for them. Stephen was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate hiring for any future pool or spa repairs!

Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted. That said, I would avoid doing business with this person.

Always on time, provides accurate diagnosis, and does great install work and goes the extra mile. To note, he just came out and diagnosed a spa pump motor was seized and needed replacement. Seems like some negative reviews are because of home warranty issues, which is unjustified. I will need to pay out of pocket to get this fixed, but that's a me problem. The technician told me the issue was likely due to a dirty filter because the pressure was reading 35 PSI. However, the filter had just been cleaned, and I did not feel my concerns or the photos I provided were adequately addressed. The technician told me he needed to contact the home warranty company to determine how to proceed. After that, I never received a follow-up call, text, or return visit. Instead, I later learned that the work order had been submitted as completed. The most frustrating part is that the problem was not resolved, and after the appointment my pool pump stopped working altogether. Communication was poor, the issue was not fixed, and I was left with more problems than when I started. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
