After 4 months of service with Arizona Pool and Spa Maintenance LLC they left a note on my door to call them. I called, only find out they failed to bill and asked for the entire amount owed, even though it was their error. I agreed to pay them what was owed each month with the bill to satisfy the debt. I had asked on several occasions to send me a link to their site to make the payments and never received it. To make matters worse I had found my pool gate both unlocked and unsecured on several occasions leaving my young child safety at risk. Additionally, my pool pump had failed making a loud noise and made no notation of it. My pool water had begun to overflow up to the rim, their technician took no corrective action. Finally, I had to terminate due to poor service and putting my child's safety at risk. Fast forward two weeks, still have no information to make a payment and have Hannibal (owner) show up and my door, verbally assault and threaten my wife. When I contacted Doug (owner) to please not take such harsh action and again attempted to make arrangements to pay them, I received the response in the picture below.
