Do not waste anything on these losers..I attached pics of the first time they came and the algae that needed be taken care of. And again a week after. No changes. I didn't have a lot of money to get my pool back up and running after my filter failed and I didn't know what to do because COVID and my income, really impacted me financially. Mike seems like a nice guy but was not reliable. Doesn't show up every week although we pay for the weekly service. Cashed our May check but then said he had to drop customers (including us). He says another week, everytime we've contact him about our refund. Tried today but no answer and mailbox is full. read more

We couldn't be happier! I called Riley Pools yesterday morning because our hot tub wouldn't heat up. Mike came out that afternoon and diagnosed the likely problem. He priced out the bad circuit board and called with a price for circuit board plus installation. He came back today, replaced the board, and we are very happy with the result! Excellent service. Our spa broke and Mike, the owner, came out to take a look at it for free! Turns out our old pool guy hooked up the pump, board and wiring wrong. I moved into a new home with a pool that was not in the best shape. I had no idea where to begin and needed quite a bit of help. I had 2 companies come out that refused to help, saying my pool would be too much work and it would never stay clean. Then I found Mike at Riley Pools. He spent time talking to me and getting to know me and my pool. He even came on a holiday weekend, which was not expected but very much appreciated. Hats off to Mike. This guy is a genuine, honest and hands down best customer service in the pool service business there is! Great old fashion service that is far superior than anyone I have ever encountered. He doesn't nickel and dime you. He replace my pool filter ( well upgraded it) to a filter twice the size and my pool and never looked better. I put this off for several months with my pool turning green and Mike advised me from the start what I need to replace but I was unable to due to monetary purposes. He came out every time before that and got it blue again. Finally I got the money together (which was $350 cheaper than the four other places I called just to keep him honest ) and not only did Mike and Tyler replace the filter and all of the plumping. No, they went above and beyond and rewired my pump, replaced pump seals, replaced bearings on my pool vac, did all of that at no extra charge. Unbelievable. Needs to be more companies like this out there that isn't trying to hit a home ruin on every job just fixes what actually needs to be fixed and advised me on other possible scenarios I could encounter but not to worry just give him a call. My pool pump was taken apart and left dismantled for three weeks while the pool service kept saying he was working on fixing it. He never once came back to the property after he disassembled the pump. Finally, after the pool turned green, I called Riley Pools. Mike is fantastic. He is helpful, fair, and honest. The first time he came to my home to look at my pool (right after I purchased the home), he found a bucket of chlorine tablets at my house. Upon opening it, Chlorine gas came out (which can be quite dangerous). He took the bucket away. What I did not expect was the following month, I received a discount on my pool service. When I asked why, Mike said it was because he was able to salvage some of the chlorine tablets and wanted to credit me for the materials, something that he did not have to do (and I would not have even known about). He always makes himself available to make sure my pool is in good condition for summer pool parties and helps with honest suggestions about the health of my pool. When I purchased the home, I had a pool filter that was far too small for the pool itself. He helped me find a new pool filter, and gave me a great price on the pool filter (lower than Amazon.com, for the same pool filter, installed).
