Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. It looked worse than before the acid wash. I was told it would need to be emptied and scrubbed. The owner of Ocean Wave spent hours scrubbing my pool and it all came out without draining it! He cleaned it up like it never happened. On top of that, my pool has never ever looked better or more blue since we've owned our home! He even figured out how to run our waterfall every day! 1 Star - Poor Communication, Poor Service, Pushy Billing…read more We switched to Pool Daddy after our longtime pool guy retired and recommended them. Big mistake. No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
