They would not answer my phone calls or text messages, left me hanging to scramble and find another pool maintenance company. I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

I still paid my regular monthly payment then questioned the company politely as maybe they switched my house on the route and I was missing the guy when he came. After getting a fairly unpleasant response I let the matter go. A month later I noticed they had not taken the regular monthly payment, when I questioned again I got no response. I followed up with 2 additional emails to ensure I was not neglecting payments on work done. However still no response. I am pretty disappointed as again they had such a good first impression but maybe my service was no longer worth it to them. I finally found another vendor who was able to come out and do the work for the same money or less. They actually showed up when they promised. I can't speak to his craftsmanship, but if you see a quote from this vendor, don't turn away anyone else until he actually shows up to do the work. I'm happy he's so busy right now but unless it's a big job, your business may not qualify for his time.

We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.

For the the 5+ years l lived in Arizona, Desert Sparkle kept my pool in perfect condition. I supplied chlorine tablets, and they handled everything else. Thanks to Steve, who provided the weekly service, the only thing I had to consider when it came to my pool was which bathing suit to wear. He kept me aware of any issues with the equipment, and even made friends with my dog. :) In addition to the weekly pool service, Desert Sparkle handled the annual maintenance of my DE filter as well as any other repairs that came up. When my pool vacuum started to have issues, they provided me with a loaner unit until I could get a replacement. Pool vacuums aren't inexpensive, and they provided recommendations on which units were the best in terms of performance and value, which I appreciated. When I moved out of state and my house was on the market for sale, I knew I did not have to worry about my pool continuing to look perfect. Since my home was vacant, Steve even put a wire tie on my back gate latch to discourage anyone from paying an unwelcome visit to my back yard. Nice to know someone was looking out for me! Overall I was very impressed with the service provided by Desert Sparkle. If you are looking for honest, reliable pool care, give them a call!
