The work they did for us was perfect. The block wall fence extensions and new gates are beautiful.

In love. After initially reaching out to IMS, they followed up to see if my project still needed to be done. IMS communicated well, the gate installer arrived early, and I couldn't be happier! I'm definitely going to contact them for future iron, gate or pergola projects. read more

They installed a fence and repaired 2 others when others said they couldn't be fixed. They all work great now! Then 2 months later I had an issue with the lock/latch and they came back to fix it. (most other companies will not come back for small issues) Great service, great communication, great price. what else is there? read more

Marc is a good guy but communication could be improved on as there were a couple times I wasn't sure when he was coming or what the plan was. One of our side gates had been sagging over time and this eventually caused too much pressure on the deadbolt and the door couldn't be unlocked no matter which way you pulled or pried on it. He came back another day with a helper and they cut the top hinge to gain leverage and take the pressure off the deadbolt. Once they got the gate opened, they installed a new top hinge while also properly adjusting them all to prevent the same issue from occurring again. They got that done quick and everything was in working order. I was just sort of bummed as there was a bunch of pry marks on the gate that took off the finish. I wish he would've been a little more conscientious about that but I guess that may be standard for trying to get a gate open that is stuck and won't unlock. Only other minor complaint was the length of the bolt for the new hinge is significantly longer than the other two. Should have been cut down to size or gotten the right size bolt. The job costed $400. read more

I say this with a heavy heart. As I've used this vendor before for whatever reason this time we have been completely scammed. My husband and I met with the vendor on September 19 took our measurements for Railing and then quickly asked for a Venmo payment of $1500 as a deposit which we readily paid. Now I find out that his phone numbers have been disconnected and it appears that as well he may be in prison according to Google records. I'm just passing this on as I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this business or this individual if my data is wrong then I asked the vendor to reach out to me read more

The team at Integrated Metal Structures were great! I had an issue with a rusted fence that had fallen over and submitted several requests for quote on Yelp and Angi's List. Alex and Marc were the only ones to respond to my plea for help. I shared pictures so they could get a feel for the work that was needed, then Alex came to the house to personally inspect the area and take measurements. The next day Blake showed up and did a great job with the repair. E was professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area after the project and made everything look great. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

Just to be clear I am not rating IMS work quality, scheduling etc. because we never got to that point. I am rating their ability to communicate with prospective clients. I called IMS regarding a potential project on building a custom lattice patio cover for a courtyard. There was initial consultation via phone which was very promising, as Alex took my call and started to discuss my needs. Additional emails back & forth to talk more about details and dimensions took place then literally no more communication. I contacted for status...ghosted. I would understand if IMS decided it isn't the best fit for the project, but at least tell me that and don't leave a customer hanging/wondering. read more

I could not be more pleased with my beautiful stair case. Each phase of the project was done professionally and great communication. The picture first do the steps justice. If you are ready this, just call them now. They won't let you down. read more

IMS Phoenix - added new bolt in the cinder block and welded new piece and painted. Nice work!! - Fences & Gates Near Me

Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair. Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request. I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate . He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day. Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb. Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb. They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted. This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place. They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint. They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job. I highly recommend IMS. read more

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies. read more

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I'm sure that once I DO finally do business with him, everything will workout exactly how I'd expect. THANKS ALEX! read more

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text. The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge. His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat. The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project. We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair. read more

We have been burned by previous contractors but IMS was a pleasure to work with ..... and the custom fence and gate are outstanding! I requested a mixture of materials not usually used by Alex but he stepped up to the plate - helping me design a one of a kind fence and gate that makes an architectural statement and has received the attention from all the neighborhood. We used iron for the framework with panels of wood planks, corrugated and galvanized metal sheets. Even with suggestions and changes he was true to his word and the final price was as quoted. read more
