They installed a fence and repaired 2 others when others said they couldn't be fixed. They all work great now! Then 2 months later I had an issue with the lock/latch and they came back to fix it. Marc is a good guy but communication could be improved on as there were a couple times I wasn't sure when he was coming or what the plan was. One of our side gates had been sagging over time and this eventually caused too much pressure on the deadbolt and the door couldn't be unlocked no matter which way you pulled or pried on it. He came back another day with a helper and they cut the top hinge to gain leverage and take the pressure off the deadbolt. Once they got the gate opened, they installed a new top hinge while also properly adjusting them all to prevent the same issue from occurring again. They got that done quick and everything was in working order. I was just sort of bummed as there was a bunch of pry marks on the gate that took off the finish. I wish he would've been a little more conscientious about that but I guess that may be standard for trying to get a gate open that is stuck and won't unlock. Only other minor complaint was the length of the bolt for the new hinge is significantly longer than the other two. Should have been cut down to size or gotten the right size bolt. The job costed $400. read more

I say this with a heavy heart. As I've used this vendor before for whatever reason this time we have been completely scammed. My husband and I met with the vendor on September 19 took our measurements for Railing and then quickly asked for a Venmo payment of $1500 as a deposit which we readily paid. Now I find out that his phone numbers have been disconnected and it appears that as well he may be in prison according to Google records. Just to be clear I am not rating IMS work quality, scheduling etc. because we never got to that point. I am rating their ability to communicate with prospective clients. I called IMS regarding a potential project on building a custom lattice patio cover for a courtyard. There was initial consultation via phone which was very promising, as Alex took my call and started to discuss my needs. Additional emails back & forth to talk more about details and dimensions took place then literally no more communication. I contacted for status...ghosted. Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair. Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request. I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate . He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day. Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb. Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb. They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted. This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place. They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint. They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job. I highly recommend IMS. read more

They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge.
