He simply did not show up. 10 weeks after the deposit I have given up on him. LONG VERSION Mr. Navarro (aka AZ Outlaw Weldin and Fencin LLC) contacted me through Yelp when I was looking for quotes for gates. Everything I'm writing here is from our text messages - except notes I made during voice calls or face-to-face meetings. August 4 he gave us a quote of $3200 "that includes material, labor, installation, and powder coat". August 22 we gave him $1000 via Zelle when he visited our home to finalize color choice for the composite slats. At that time he said it would take 3 weeks to finish the project. September 23 I texted him, but he didn't respond. September 24 I called him; he said there was delay with the powder coating, but he would be ready on Oct 6th. October 4th I texted him to confirm; he replied there was a delay getting the composite and he expected to get it by Oct 13th. October 10th my wife texted him to confirm he received the composite. He called her to explain we needed to choose new colors. October 12th he visited us again to show the color samples and we picked one. He said the gates would be ready by the following Sunday, October 19th. He didn't show, or call to cancel. October 20th I texted him to cancel the project and asked him to refund me the $1000 - he has not responded. I don't expect Mr. Navarro to respond or to give me a refund. I just want to share my experience as a warning to others.

If I could give this guy a zero I would. THEY ARE A SCAM. He quotes me a 4hr job to repair two holes in my wall so fine. He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
