Needed an aluminum gas tank welded. I had cut it in half, removed an inch or so and needed it welded back together. Aluminum sucks to weld. Doctor Welded created a work of art. Daniel and Richard are awesome! They answered when I called and were able to fit me in (within 20 minutes, score!) to fix welds that had broken on a cooler in my company vehicle. When I arrived, they were professional, courteous, and polite. I needed a part fabricated out of aluminum for my ultralight aircraft. It was a custom design and I brought my idea to Richard scratched out on a piece of paper. There were some tricky angles and funky designs I wanted. I left not holding my breath with the less than optimal direction I had given him. When I picked up the piece it was better than I could have hoped for! I stopped in on a whim and wasn't sure what to expect . First off let me say they waaaaaaaay under charged me yes I said under charged . I expected to pay $100+ and they only wanted $60 . Now keep in mind they spent 2 hours and not to mention they stopped working on a bigger project to squeeze me in since I was in a dire situation and traveling through . I can't believe what an awesome job they did and I know a little about welding and their mig welds actually looked like tig !! I was very impressed. A swivel base for one of our nice patio chairs had a broken weld, and the good Doctor did a nice job cleaning up the surface and laying down a nice clean weld for a reasonable price.. The chair is solid again and I didn't have to purchase a replacement base. Really friendly shop too. read more

My patio umbrella got snatched up during a windstorm last summer and one of the rods bent and broke. I was preparing to throw it out, but decided to see if it could be repaired. I submitted a request for quote and was point in touch with 4 or 5 companies. However, I selected Doctor Welded. The owner, Richard messaged me asking what was wrong and to send pictures. After replying to his message and attaching pictures, it wasn't long before he called and confirmed he could do the work, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. I took my patio umbrella to Richard and he had it repaired and ready for pick up the very next day. My umbrella now operates like it's brand new and I can't even tell where it was broken! Such solid work! I've been working on a custom sand rail and ran into a bit of a snag when I was trying to weld the intake manifold. It was a tricky 5/8" flange with 16ga aluminum tubular runners tightly spaced. I brought it in and in the same day got a text it was done.
