They had good design ideas, but the execution fell short: Two negatives were 1., that raised mounds were supposed to be done for Palo Verde trees, we got "tree wells," something you would want for citrus and flood irrigation, but NOT for desert trees on a drip line! 2. PVC work on the drip lines was sub par: under builder warranty they fixed leaks at the source and one underground PVC to drip line (leaking enough to pool water at the surface; but all of these interfaces I've checked has been wasting water, found another one today in the attached pic)

He made time within that week to come out and see the yard and talk about what I thought I wanted (he had *much* better design suggestions!), and scheduled the work to begin within a few days. We went together to buy the exact plants I wanted (again, with his expert and artistic input), then pick out the gravel, and he and his team arrived as promised first thing in the morning on the day he had promised to begin the work. He connected the front yard irrigation system to the back yard, made sure the plants would be located exactly where I wanted, and then the magic began. 8 hours later, I had a beautiful backyard and could not be happier!

Cactus getting ready to poke the screens again never trimmed not the first time not the second time ask this time to please blow the yard because they said they blew it last time but it wasn't they spend like a half hour if that make 50 bucks and run off. Left all the clippings under the bushes that I asked to be trimmed around the bottom which I shouldn't have to ask for any of this to be done. His motto to me was well just let us know what you want to be done I'm not out there I'm disabled when I do go out there to water is when I get to see it and I'm not going to make a list like he's in kindergarten. A yard maintenance man should know what to do the yellow that you see all over the rocks there's just about more dead yellow pollen then there are rocks and this was two months of supposedly blowing.
