Palm Squad - Tree Services Near Me

I have been relying on Travis and the Palm Squad to trim our Palm tree in our backyard for several years now. Today he and his team came out and removed the pine tree in our front yard. The tree was old and slowly dying, and we can't keep up with the pine needles anymore. His team showed up on time as scheduled, they were VERY fast and efficient. The entire job was completed in under 45 minutes. They cut the branches, and took the tree down from the top piece by piece. After he was done, they cleaned up all the branches and many of the needles. Everything was hauled away so we don't have to worry about the disposal. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend using his services. read more

Travis and his crew were out to trim our two large palms this week and we would definitely recommend! After a frustrating, time-consuming back-and-forth with our usual crew we decided to try someone new this year. Due to the customer service issues with our last crew, we were quite behind in looking for a company this year. Even considering this, Travis got back to me the same day I inquired about service and was able to work us into his schedule within 2 weeks. I found his company from a positive review on Nextdoor. A prior customer of his had nothing but good things to say about his company: fair pricing and his crew is insured as well. Travis communicated with me through text messages and was even able to give me a quote from pictures I took with my phone. Much appreciated as we were already way behind in getting our annual service!! I was given a time frame of "by or around noon". Received a text at 11:50 letting me know they would be over in 30 minutes and a text upon arrival. Communication was great, as I think we all know how frustrating it can be waiting on home services, deliveries, etc!! Travis was friendly and explained exactly what they would need to do while they were there to get approval. He even knocked on the door, to avoid my doorbell, in case my little one was napping. Just very thoughtful in my opinion. All in all, would definitely recommend. My trees look great, my yard and neighboring yards were left clean of branches and debris. Was able to pay by credit card on site and received an emailed receipt immediately. If you're looking for a friendly, insured crew with efficient communication to take care of your tree needs, give this company a shot! read more

Thank you so much Travis and your crew for coming to our rescue, a deranged neighbor vandalized my tree and he was able to work it is his schedule to remove the debris for me quickly. He used to do tree service at a former company I worked for and have been using him for my residence they do excellent work. Highly recommend Palm Squad. 5**** read more

Had them come out to trim 3 palm trees. Over priced and broke a strand of bistro lights in the backyard while trimming.....no mention of the event when they rang the doorbell to collect. Left it to us to find it after they left. In the end its cost me $$$$ and time to fix backyard lights - will use somebody else in the future. read more
