After we had two trees die, I reached out to several tree companies to ask about removal. It was pretty clear that at least a couple were uninterested in doing the work... the quotes were, wow! Aachen gave a bid that included removal of the trees *and* the roots, *and* included thinning out a knotted-up mess of a palo verde, that was significantly less than other quotes to just grind down the stump. I have to admit... I'm usually leery of the lowest bidder, but Allison made me feel confident that Aachen could deliver. And they did! The crew was on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned everything up. We're super happy that we called Aachen, and believe you should too! read more

My neighbor has been using Aachen for years to have her Mesquite Tree trimmed in the front yard, which hangs over our driveway. They do a great job, and the cleanup of the yard after is great. I hired them to grind a stump of an old Palo Verde tree. They priced it fairly, got the job done a few days later, and now you'd never know there was ever a tree there. Great job read more

Aachen has done our tree trimming for years. They're experts at proper trimming and have a great eye for shaping. I won't use anyone else!

I have used Aachen tree service before for the past 3 yrs and every time they seem to amaze me with how quickly and professional they get all my 5 trees trimmed and looking Amazing once again. read more

Aachen removed an out of control 50 foot tall Sissoo, and several rogue palm trees, from my yard. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and had top of the line equipment. They were also significantly cheaper than the other companies that quoted the job. Highly recommended. read more

Aachen did a very thorough job on my trees. The office staff came and checked on the work, and there was a discrepancy on which trees were included in the quote, so they came back and finished the job at no extra charge. The workers were friendly and thorough, and they did a great job on the cleanup. I will be using them in the future! read more

Reasonable and competitive quote. We received quotes from several tree services. All of them were asking more than double Aachen's quote. They were able to get us on their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The crew showed up on time, did a thorough job trimming and crowning the trees. No debris was left behind. read more

Aachen Tree Service - Trimmed trees - Tree Services Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Showed up earlier than expected, which was great! Very courteous and friendly. They did an AMAZING job and know what they're doing!! I love the way my back yard looks now!! We had overgrown fruit trees and dying queen palms. The fruit trees are perfectly manicured now and the palms were trimmed and injected with fertilizer so hopefully they'll make it . They were so amazing that I asked if they could squeeze some extra trimming work in for my Pygmy palms and they did with no fuss. I would hire these guys again and again (and will when more work is needed)!! Oh, and they made sure my pool was up cleaned after!! read more

An update on Aachen tree service. Our Sissoo area started to exhibit some growth where the stump grinding had occurred. Called Allison and was on the schedule within a week. They were out this AM & did a regrind. I also asked if they could remove a couple of dead branches on a tree nearby. Done!!! No charge! They have my praises for great customer service and satisfaction! read more

They removed a huge Palo Verde tree from our front yard and four mesquite trees from the back. This crew absolutely knows what they are doing. They cut down the trees removed every bit of debris and ground the stumps. You can't tell there were ever trees there. They pruned five mesquite trees and they look absolutely beautiful!! They even planted the new tree in our front yard. If you want fast, professional service you need to hire this company. Thank You to Allison & Bob and the entire crew!! read more

The service provided was tops. I called for a tree removal and had the rest of the property gone over. The crew was professional, very good work performed. I plan on having them out again soon. They knocked out an amazing amount of work in less than a day. read more

The summer heat was devastating, we lost 4 ficus and 4 ash trees along with 6 shrubs over 4 feet tall. Allison came by to provide a free estimate. The estimate included tree and bush removal including root removal; also included trimming/thinning out two trees in front yard. Allison was great and the estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time, they were efficient and responsive and left the property spotless upon departure. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, if needed. I recommend Aachen without reservation, we are very pleased and you would be too. read more

I contracted with Aachen to remove seven sissoo trees from the property. They were very professional and did an excellent job removing the trees without any damage to the walls or house and initially I was extremely pleased with their service. However, once the work was completed I identified a couple of items that needed follow up and after months of trying have not yet had that work scheduled or performed. Allison was excellent at getting back to me when we were discussing having the work done and during the job, but has not been responsive to calls or emails and has not scheduled the work to be done. Would recommend if you are going to use them to make sure all the work gets done initially and not count on their responsiveness afterward. read more

Our huge Mesquite tree is gone! It was a hard decision to bring it down but, it was the right decision to hire Aachen Tree Service to do it. Professional and thorough plus it was nice to work with such pleasant people. THANKS for a job well done. Donna K read more

We had severe storm damage and half of a tree with a bifurcated trunk wound up in our lake. We got more than one estimate and Allison from Aachen was both great and reasonable. The Aachen crew was fantastic and they have the best in both equipment and service. It was a difficult removal because of the lake but they removed the whole tree and ground the stump effectively and with amazing expertise. You can't go wrong with Aachen. read more

Well. They did a great job removing our tree - fast, efficient, affordable, and cleaned up well. Would recommend from that perspective. What I am NOT happy about is that when cutting down the tree a huge limb broke off a roof tile and caused minor damage to our sprinklers main valves. Their son, who performed the work, said they would take care of it. I had before and after pictures and promptly emailed the owner, Allison, later that day reporting the damage and asked how it would be remedy. No response. Called her and spoke with her and emailed the photos again. No response. Emailed through "contact us" directly on their website. No response. Emailed again. No response. Funny thing is they received my ORIGINAL emails with pictures of the tree. Long story short. Yes, I was very happy with their work. However, their follow up is not professional in the least and very disappointing. So for a mere $3.50 fix for the roof tile, they are getting a bad review on Yelp. The point is not the $3.50. The point is that they damaged something, promised to fix it, and then completely ignored my requests to have it fixed. Good thing I don't have any more trees to remove. read more

I don't give that many 5-stars. I'd give this company a 6! Very friendly, fast and as others said, they cleaned up so well I really don't think anyone was here. Took a big sissou down in one hour (including cleanup). Wow! read more

I couldn't be more pleased. Bob came to my house and gave me a quote and the crew was able to immediately do the work. They removed, stump ground, and prunned other trees. They were so quick, did a great job, and cleaned all the debris in about 2 hours. I felt like the price was fair, less than the other estimates I received. read more

I give this company my highest recommendation. My previous experience with a tree company was not good so I was a little concerned hiring a new company. I was immediately impressed with Alison's knowledge and professionalism and fair price. They removed two palm trees (including a 20 foot tree) AND they fixed a problem from the previous company's poor work. They were timely, quick, cleaned up everything. Great experience, thank you! read more

I wish I had read the yelp reviews before hiring Aachen to do my tree trimming, staking and fertilizing. After the initial visit they had staked the wrong tree and they hadn't moved out the drip emitters as was suggested to prevent root rot. They came out and corrected that. 2 months later, 2 of my trees (which were 5 yrs. old) were dead. I called Allison and told her how unhappy I was that after her care of my trees I had all of a sudden lost 2 trees. Allison said she would be out the following week. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing. I have never left a review before but I am hoping I can save someone else the same bad outcome. read more

We hired this company to remove a 20 yr old cissue tree and stump grind. They showed up and cut the tree down and during that time dropped a portion onto a pool box that was in the area. They covered it with our fire ring pan so Noone would see it or know it happened. They were also supposed to grind the stump out below grade. They did just a short amount and then covered it with dirt and rocks but left most of the stump above ground. We now hired a excavator to cut the ground level for astro turf and found that they did not grind hardly at all. Won't answer calls or texts about anything so now we had to hire a stump removal company to do what they were supposed to have done. They also blew most of the left over debris around the yard and left it.. would not recommend them at all and definitely think its poor quality for the price. Owners denied that their guys broke the pool box and would not even offer to pay a porting of it. read more

Had a fantastic experience with Aachen Tree Service this morning! Our mesquite was out of control, and their crew quickly tamed and shaped the beast. They brought a wood chipper on site, and thoroughly cleaned up all of the extra debris in my yard - and neighbor's yard - before leaving. I will definitely use them again! read more

Not sure what has happened to Aachen, perhaps new or additional crew, but definitely not the caliber of service I received the first time. I'm waiting until tomorrow to see if they come and clean up the mess they made and fix the broken irrigation and landscape lights. The wind broke our Palo Verde tree and I called Aachen to remove the tree, including grinding out the stump since our HOA requires tree replacement. The tree was in the narrow space between two driveways. Both of our irrigation lines (1 inch) were severed and the landscape light main line and tree light were severed. They said they "fixed" it when they left but the next day I went to check the irrigation and none of it worked. They had not reconnected the lines, just crimped and sealed them off. The light line was fixed but the tree light was not connected or tied in. I'm nervous about the low voltage lights continuing to work with an electrical tape repair in the ground. When they dug out the tree they didn't set aside the top layer of granite. After replacing the tree there is no granite to use to top dress the dirt. I texted images a week ago to Aachen and didn't hear back at all. Today I made a call again right before arranging for my landscaper to fix this damage. I'm waiting to see if Aachen shows up in the morning as promised and makes the repairs that are needed. I'll update if that happens but still not going to use Aachen again. I paid $425 for this service and it's a mess. read more

Allison was awesome. The crew came on time and cleaned up everything that I needed them to do. Very prompt service and reasonably priced. I will definitely reach out to them for any tree services in future. Cleaned up the area after finishing the job and it felt like the trees never even existed!! Cannot say enough about their service. read more

Best service around! Friendly, prompt, professional & reasonably priced would highly recommend and use them again for all my tree services!

I wish I had not hire them. The way they cut my grapefruit tree allowed the sun to kill it. Now I have a dead tree. Not worth the money.

Excellent service. Extremely polite crew, timely and reasonable. Removed 10-15 shrubs/ bushes and trees in perpetration for updated landscaping. Cleaned up all areas, replaced rock to the point you would never know a plant was there. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. read more

They did such a great job cleaning up a huge ficus tree in our yard. It had large branches that needed to be cut from frost and trimming from over a year's worth of growth. The yard was so clean when they were finished I could not have been more pleased. The guys were so friendly and obviously enjoy their work. They have great customer service and are very professional. I would highly recommend Aachen Tree Service to anyone. read more
