I was looking for a new landscape service for my house and Troy came out to meet with me to go over my needs and expectations. He was professional and very thorough and let me know they would start in the next few weeks. I had to ask him to start early because my previous company had a truck breakdown and did not show up for my scheduled service. He made accommodations to get out early to help me out and brought his team. He went over what I wanted once again and I left for work. I came home and was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by my new beautiful backyard. They went above and beyond any expectations and cleaned up months of the previous company's work. This company is worth 10 stars here and the transformation of my yard is stunning. Thank you so much and if you are looking for the best landscape service out there, give Urgent Care Tree & Lawn a call. read more

Troy and his team did an amazing job on our Lady Banks roses that grow on 2 separate large porch trellises. They hadn't been trimmed in years and were huge. It took his team all day, over 8 hours and they did a great job. Troy and the guys were very polite and professional and I would highly recommend them. The job was definitely larger than expected, but Troy maintained his original quote which I appreciated, but resulted in a well deserved gratuity for all. Thank you read more

Urgent Care Tree & Lawn - Trimming my extremely overgrown Lady Banks Roses! - Tree Services Near Me

After contacting Urgent Care, Troy contacted me and scheduled to come out to take a look at the work my yard needed. He gave me the best price from three others. My yard needed lots of work, and so did my trees. His team came out early morning and took care of giving my front and back yard a much-needed trimming. It came out superb. I can't say enough about how clean his workers left my property. I am super happy with the result. His price was the best. Easy to communicate. All the work we had gone over on his first visit he took care of as promised. His team did more than promised and left me happy with the results. I would recommend Urgent Care. Great service. read more

The Bermuda grass in our yard has been struggling worse and worse every summer. Called Troy about coming out to look at our lawn and give it a good aeration. He was at our house the next day, despite being delayed on a flight the night before. We had a thorough chat about all of the issues and he gave us an extremely fair price. A couple days later he was there and did a fantastic job doing everything we had agreed on including removing two tree stumps we had for a while (one of them was from a massive palm tree). Troy and his crew were kind, reliable, efficient and worked extremely hard despite how hot it was outside. He is coming back at the end of the month to aerate again. We have high hopes our yard will look beautiful once again after all the work is complete, and will continue to have Troy help us manage our aeration annually. Thank you for your hard work and reliability. It is truly appreciated!! read more

Urgent Care Tree & Lawn - Our Mesa house Troy's has taken care of several times. - Tree Services Near Me

This is my second time working with Troy and his team and like before, the service and response time was superb. I had a dead bougainvillea tree that needed to be removed and clean up the surrounding decay. I called today at 130pm to see if Troy had time this week, he was there by 230p, and by 330p today the job was done at a really good price. I have never seen work done so quickly and efficiently. Definitely looking to work with them on further landscape remodels I have planned. read more

Troy was quick to respond to my request for new service. He was super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a pretty good judge of character and feel that he is very fair and ethical. Those qualities are not always easy to find in today's society. He will be my go to guy for future lawn services. read more

Urgent Care was responsive and prompt. They provided value and were thorough in their assessment.

Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning. Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please! We will absolutely have Troy and team back out the next time we need a cleanup and/or regular upkeep! Thank you for making our new home feel "new"! read more

He's the definitition of an amazing small business! Thank you again Troy and I look forward to having you complete the rest of my yard projects! read more

Troy and his crew cam out and: - cut/trimmed back five large mastic trees - trimmed back several smaller trees and shrubs - removed an old red yucca - removed several smaller trees - cleaned everything up - sprayed for weeds (which includes 90 day guarantee) Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent. They pretty much read my mind on how much to trim each tree....and If i wanted a tree cut back a little bit more, no problem. If i wanted to add something to the "to-do" list, no problem. Highly recommended. Thanks guys! read more

stump griding for a tree already cut down Troy from Urgent Care was the first pro to contact me. He was on another job, but asked me to take pictures of the area and text them too me. Everyone else who replied said they would need to see the sight themselves before even giving me a ballpark figure, After Troy got the pictures from me, he immediately called me back quoting a reasonable $$ figure and said he would be out the next morning (yesterday) and would text me when he was on the way to my house. THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM HIM!! Even when I texted him late afternoon asking if he was still coming, no response was forthcoming. He's quick to jump and get you to offer him the job, but utterly useless at any follow-through. His word is NOT to be trusted, read more

Troy helped our family out during a challenging time amd our yard looks great! My husband is a double amputee, and this winter he also had major shoulder surgery. Yard work has gotten harder and harder for him, but this last winter it became impossible. We had several broken sprinklers throughout the yards, and a half-dead lawn, and it was all my daughter and I could do to keep most of the weeds at bay. The timer was also broken on my garden soaker hose system! We scheduled Troy and his crew to come out. They were one of the few companies that actually committed to a day and time and showed up. I had tried several before. We were out of the house most of the day and I was actually shocked to get a phone call in the afternoon that everything was good to go! Troy wouldn't give me a price over the phone. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap with all the extra repairs they had done on top of what I had asked (finding hidden sprinkler lines, fixing those, etc!) The next day he and his wife came by and told us they wanted to help us out since they knew we were having difficulties, and wouldn't take any money at all for the job!!! We were completely floored, but also very grateful. I am not exactly sure what extra magic Troy put on this lawn because it stayed green all winter and that has never happened before. On the other hand maybe it is the miracle of a functioning sprinkler system! Look how green it is! read more

Troy and team were beyond incredible. Our front and back lawns were in a rough state, weeds had taken over, bushes needed help and our citrus trees were heavily overgrown. Troy and team came in and really gave our place the facelift it needed- results are amazing! read more

I can not explain just how impressive Troy and his team are!!! They went above and beyond, paid very close attention to even the small details, and completely exceeded my expectations! I haven't been impressed by a company and their work in a long time, it's a fight usually just to get your moneys worth, but Urgent Care Tree & Lawn not only got me a quote the same day, then fit me in 2 days later to make sure my yard was perfect for the weekend!! This year has been worse than usual for the weeds, with all the rain, I had pulled these giant weeds completely multiple times, but they kept coming back. Troy's guys came in, perfectly trimmed the grass & plants (even shaping them perfectly), removed all the weeds thoroughly, and sprayed for the weeds. It was a BIG job and they absolutely killed it!! I will forever use Troy & his team to keep my yard looking perfect! Thank you again!!! read more

Troy was super responsive and to my house same day when our huge saguaro fell victim to the heat wave. We were concerned about it toppling over on neighboring property because it was unevenly weighted with arms falling off and he and his team had it taken care of in 24 hours. After a different company never showed up for a planned tree removal we were in a hurry to find a replacement. We got quotes from 4 companies and Urgent Care Tree & Lawn's was competitive AND they were able to start the job two days later (other companies had quoted at least a 2-3 week wait since it is the busy season). He and his crew did the job well over two days and did a great job cleaning up the huge mess that comes from removing seven palm trees. Where the stump grinding was done you would never know there had been a tree there! read more

We were in desperate need of weed treatment for our yard and I reached out to several businesses. After having multiple negative experiences with other lawn services, we are very hesitant to hire anyone. However, Troy responded very quickly and came out to give us an estimate same day (Wednesday). He quoted us for just the weed treatment as well as a full yard clean-up + weed treatment. We decided to go with the full yard clean-up and we are so glad we did. They were at our house first thing Monday morning and our yard looks immaculate. We couldn't be more pleased. The weed treatment has a six month guarantee and Troy emphasized that we should not hesitate to call if we have any problems with weeds during that time. We will definitely use Urgent Care Tree & Lawn again. read more

I had a phenomenal experience with this company. I sent a text for a free estimate and the owner came same day to go over pricing with me. He was very personable and could tell immediately he was someone I would trust to get the job done right. I was not disappointed. They came next day to get the work completed. Everything was done in a day. I had 3 palms removed and grounded down, 3 other trees removed and grounded as well as the other trees around my property trimmed. They did a quick and efficient job for what I would say is the most reasonable price on the market. Thank you guys so much for the hard work! read more

Troy is very communicative, patient, and reliable. I needed a contractor who would wait for the landscaping work to start until I got competing quotes and my neighbor's approval. After I got my neighbor's approval, I was able to schedule an appointment at a good time.
