Once the front was graded we had a new block paving path. borders, rock, irrigation and lighting installed along with 2 areas of artificial grass. They were supposed to start in February but didn't get finished until mid-April (we paid in full in Nov). Their communication with us and each other is terrible. If you talk to the owner, Jeff, he doesn't relay the info to the workers, or it appears that he doesn't. If you talk to his wife, she doesn't relay the info to Jeff or the workers. It was very frustrating, not to mention the guys that came did not speak a lick of English, the foreman even had a hard time communicating with us. Jeff's main excuse for the delay was Covid, he had it 3 times, which, I believe, but that never stopped his business from running. His crew was still working while Jeff was out sick, why would Jeff being sick delayed our project that we had planned out with him since November, I do not know. The crew would come for an hour, maybe 2 and then leave and we would not see them back for a week or more (usually more). I did change a few things, like plant choices and the river rap but both were minimal changes but took Jeff about 2 weeks to actually change it. The change took the guys maybe 20 mins.... But yet it was my fault there was the delay. We asked for the job to be completed by April 1st, we had family coming into town, they said it would be. We had our plants in and 1/3 rock, no lightening, no extended walkway and it sat like that for 2 weeks and that's when I emailed Jeff to finish or give us the remainder of our money back. They were there that week and finished. It's been a month since they have been done and we have one light that is the wrong color, we are still waiting on them to change it. My front yard does look beautiful and overall they did a wonderful job, it was just a headache to get them to work and to finish. If you're a more patient person than I am, then I do recommend this company.

I am so impressed with their work. Nobody standing around. They all had the jobs and stayed busy until the job was done. They left the area clean and even put the wood on my trailer. They came on a Monday and cut and grinded then asked if they could leave the stumps until Wednesday when they could bring a bigger truck. No problem I said. Well Wednesday came and went and they were a no show. I waited until the following Monday and called them. They said they would be out Tuesday to pick it up and again no show. In addition they are not answering my emails Through Yelp where I previously hired them through. So I'm a little dissatisfied with them. They did the work just fine, they just didn't follow through with the agreement of haul away which is why I'm changing my rating. Original review: They came when they said cut down a queen palm and grinded two stumps. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't even tell there once was a palm there. I would definitely recommend them to cut down palms or trees and grind the stumps They are very reasonably priced also.
