Him and his team were able to get us in next day and did the work quickly and left us with such a transformation! We needed a lot of big bushes cut back by quite a bit and had a Palo Verde Tree that we were unsure if we wanted cut down or just trimmed. He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. I was really impressed and will be giving their name out to everyone i know and next time we need some work done...i know who to call. I'm confident that whatever you need, they can do it. They are extremely professional and made sure to leave the place spotless!! I'm so happy, they really do live up to the five start rating they have here.

His competition spent 10 minutes, at the most at our home. He was the only one to bring turf samples. He was also the only one that explained to me the different materials that could be used (from the base material to the artificial turf infill). He spent over an hour at our home making sure we knew what was included in his package. I have worked in the building trades for over 20 years. I have worked around a lot of different craftsmen on various types of jobs. Christian of El Valle stuck me as the kind of worker who takes pride in his work as he displayed this through his attention to detail when going over my project with my family. Turns out my hunch was correct. El Valle did a wonderful job executing the paver and turf installation. The crew was responsive, continually communicating with us throughout entirety of the project. They also left the property clean, and better than they found it. We will be using El Valle in future, as we still have more yard to finish. I would highly recommend!

Appreciated the initial communication from Gabriel, but as time has gone we have had a hard time getting a hold of him for the second part of our project. Unfortunately, the yard has been incredibly patchy growing in, and we were trying to solve that initially. We hoped for soil to cover the seed but he just said "no, too many weeds". No additional solutions were offered to help keep birds away from eating the open seed. We'd rather have some weeds than a patchy yard. Initially, we were pleased but we are growing a bit disappointed.

I've worked with quite a few landscaping companies in the valley, and I usually end up thinking, "I…read moreshould have done this myself." I recently had a job that I'd done many times before, but it was backbreaking work, and I just didn't have the energy to tackle it. It involved an overgrown border of Bermuda grass, weeds, and palm trees that love to sprout every year. Even when the palms are small, they're incredibly difficult to pull, and I won't even get into the hassle of removing the grass. Knowing I'd probably be disappointed in the results, I decided to give another company a try and hired Phillip. Though his services weren't cheap, he was a clear communicator and took the time to carefully walk through the job with me. I decided to move forward with the bid, and his team did an excellent job. Everything was neat, clean, and performed with high care and quality. This was far from your typical hack-and-slash operation. In Arizona, it's hard to ask for more, and Phillip has certainly earned my future business. If you've been let down by other companies, give them a try--you won't be disappointed.
